Kathryn seems like someone with no clear motivations. She's trying to save people by destroying this dangerous ship, but she keeps murdering people for no reason on her path to do this. She also doesn't listen to anyone with more knowledge than her when they try to explain what's going on.
I had not seen the movie but we gotta assumed they explained it in the movie because this is funny if there was no reason. Maybe some people just like to watch the world burn. 🤣🤣🤣
Magnetic things can do some incredible things, and they can be altered by magnetic fields. It's hypothetically possible that they could do something to people.
Kathryn seems like the dumbest villain ever. She wants to destroy the ship. Why? Does she thinks that will fix things? Also, she ignores the force field protecting both the ship and Bill and thinks she can just kill them? Why?
Also, a person her age wouldn't have so much power and authority. Even if she was CIA, there's simply no way. Oh and since when does the Army's Delta Force fly fighter jets?
The original experiment worked so well the first time around so what else would you do, of course try it again. The truth is Catherine is only pissed because her car disappeared and the insurance company isn’t going to believe her.
I remember seeing the original movie on tv by chance. that scene where the ship appears with all the bodies stuck gave me nightmares, man. still makes me uncomfortable thibking about it...

it was kinda wierd seeing Paré turn sides in the same story....and his acting skills that were never really there even deteriorate after almost 30 years
First you think why would anyone use a friggin car for an experiment instead of a pumpkin or whatever, but then you remember Elon Musk did exactly the same.
Torpedos were usually launched from deck-level, often amid-ships, with tubes on steerable mounts, allowing them to be pointed independent of the direction of the ship. As you note, the ship in the movie does seem to be too large for any WW2 era destroyer. It is also partly because of the small size and simple design of destroyers that don’t allow for below the waterline torpedo tubes and attendant watertight doors. As far as I can tell, it seems as if only WW1 era battleships, like the Texas (BB-35), were built with below the water line torpedo tubes. Thanks for the opportunity for researching this.

based on where the ship appears, a wide open field with nothing to destroy

I know the movies ridiculous but an EMP that kills people but not electronics come on dude 😭
I know right, they also make it look like it's some sort of dangerous explosive 😭

😂😂😂 Right! Has to be one of the worst movie time travel diagrams ever.
That "you little hoe" was unexpected in the best way
This is so cool kid. I felt at one with the whole narrative, though that nuke jet will keep me worried for numerous time loops. Faraday cages for all.
Where's The Doctor when you need him?
Always good to see the Ryan Robbins +Sanctuary gang in a show
I remember him from Stargate Atlantis

Loved your Vid, the re-make, not-so-much, I prefer, the 1984 orig.. Back then, Mike Pare was the 'good' guy. Thank you.
Looks like they based it off the hl2 epistle 3 lol
Ships do not say “USS” as part of the name painted on a ship. Really quite lame.
Sure just walk up to the ship and start touching it while theres electricity bouncing off it everywhere.
Because she's young and she can hack you know 😂😂😂😂
WE WANT THE INTRO BACK
EMP would have definitely wiped out all the electronics
This is so utterly Canadian.
Love your videos❤❤❤❤❤❤
The 1984 movie was actually pretty good. Although a work of fiction, it is supposed to be inspired by a real military experiment.
So the name of the movie isn't in the description once again
Katherine make no sense and why she has the ability to call nukes without any permission 😂?
how old was morton in 1943? 5 years old??? ^^
I have this one as it has a fave actor of mine in it from The X Files, Nick Lea. I actually quite enjoyed this remake.
this is more fantasy then Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

No. The nuclear jet that traveled back in time helped the U.S. create the atom bomb. What the fuck? D’uh.

Torpedos were usually launched from deck-level, often amid-ships, with tubes on steerable mounts, allowing them to be pointed independent of the direction of the ship.
