WTF Possible 6 months notice to end tenancy in the future ! People please vote the BC NDP out. This continued erosion of property owner's rights has to stop.
1)Wondering whether it's better as a landlord to rent furnished instead of unfurnished. Advantage of furnished might be that you can actually live in and enjoy your property between tenancies, without having to move in furniture. 2) When looking at listings, I am always appalled at the low quality of photographs that are shown in the listing, even by the high end agents, that you think would know better. Better to hire professional photographer?
1) waiting to make another $15k on selling side could cost you $50k+ if market turns 2) selling tenanted property is not ideal. Pushes investors away. Mutual release form before listing
