He was one of the nicest celebs I ever met. He was shopping at the English bookstore in Munich I was temping at in '91 or '92., not drawing any attention to himself. This was before photo cell phones, but I did get an autograph and a stellar memory of a quiet, humble and out and out pleasant guy from it.
Thanks again for checking out Joe! I'm the same age as you, but I absolutely grew up on Joe Cocker; he was always one of my father's go-tos. I love getting to see people hear his songs for the first time. Keep up the good work!

Love Joe Cocker's voice! I had a French boyfriend in the early 70s and the French loved Joe - in The Letter and She came in through the bathroom days. Personally feel the Jamaica say you will album and Stingray are his best. Still listen to Jack of Diamonds quite often. Also Worrier - what a treat to the ears! Many thanks for your review.
