Blueberry Lemon Yoghurt No-Bake Dessert Cups

  • Blueberries and lemon make the perfect pair and if you add greek yoghurt and leaves of mint you have excellent and fast "after-dinner" dessert. Refreshing, light and easy.
    Ingredients for 3 cups 210ml
    1 cup (measuring ingredients) or 8 fluid ounces = 237 ml
    Ingredients:
    Yoghurt Layer:
    • 200 g - 7,05 oz greek yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 tbsp sugar powdered
    Blueberry Coulis Layer:
    • 100 g - 3,5 oz blueberries
    • 1 tbsp sugar granulated
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    Lemon Yoghurt Cream:
    • 200 g - 7,05 oz - chilled heavy cream
    • 400 g - 14,10 oz - greek yoghurt (10%)
    • 3 tbsp sugar granulated
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • lemon zest from 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp sugar powdered
    Decoration:
    • slice of lemon
    • fresh blueberries
    • leaves of mint
    • lemon zest
