    Great Video Tom ! It’s always near the end when small mistakes happen a cross between doing too much and being a bit tired ,The great thing is that no one was hurt and the trailer is fine. The wooden fence will be easily repaired . I know how much something like that just destroy’s your day but you just need to pick yourself up once more . Awesome filming right throughout this video by everyone. Hope the guy that was struggling with his back has got some relief from his pain. Take care and stay safe.

    Fantastic drone views. It really helps us non-farmers to see how the operation really works. For your first time driving the Fendt catching the chopped grass, you did fine…until you didn’t. But that can happen to any one of us, so don’t feel too bad. Your grass looks great compared to what some areas of the world are cutting. Glad your weather has been okay.

    As I am view this video we are having a major trim of a black walnut tree at my house. I was looking at the branches on that tree and it looks like many were hollow. You may have done your neighbor a favor with the slight destruction of his tree and fence. No one likes to see damage but he may have had a sickly tree. Looks like you are really busy with this years growing season. Hopefully no more fence repairs. Thanks for sharing.

    I would have nailed the tree on the very first run, destroyed more of the fence, banged up the trailer and cursed myself for it all day. So I'd say you didn't mess up that badly Tom. Unless your neighbor planted that tree when he was young in remembrance of someone dear to him, I doubt he'll be real upset, and wooden fencing isn't that hard to replace. Sh*t always happens with borrowed equipment due to not being familiar with the little tics it might have, like the trailer not wanting to lower until after the door shuts. This was a great video with nice drone shots. Kudos to you and your various helpers on the farm. That was a lot of work to get done over a single day! I hope the grass in that clamp stays good quality for you.

    What beautiful scenery.
    Why are all pits in a shed? In NZ stacks out in open.

    For the forward reverse don't use the shuttle use the joy stick hold paddle on back and flick the stick towards yourself next time you drive it. To help slow down press the exhaust brake button on floor and pull back on the stick

    • @TomPembertonFarmLife
      @TomPembertonFarmLife  ปีที่แล้ว

      Does this one has a equast brake?

    • @TWJW
      @TWJW ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TomPembertonFarmLife should do the old 930 I used to drive had a button on the floor by your left leg press it with your heal then pull back stick and press brake pedal at at same time it soon pulls you up if going flat out. Also if at traffic lights have cruise set at flat out and when you accelerate knock the stick to the right to activate the set cruise speed and you will beat a lot of cars off the lights they don’t like it.

    Smashing it as usual, Tom. I'd love to see you get with one of your local veterans groups and get some of the lads and ladies out to the farm for some good old fashioned stress relief and to have a few extra sets of hands at your disposal. Think about it and talk it over with the Ginger Warrior. Keep up the amazing work, my good man.

    Nice video Tom.... shame you took out the tree and fence. I don’t know how you manage to drive equipment- and hold the go pro, and eat food safe
    Y ?? I teach people to drive hopefully safely in my job.... we talk to pupils a lot about how to focus and concentrate, distractions can happen all too easily.... hope you get it sorted, I’m sure your neighbour will be ok with it 🚜👍🌿

      Cheers Tom, I wish to apologise if my comment on a few videos back, caused any bad feeling? That was not my intention.... I can see you actually put a lot of hours in and are a good guy 🙂👍It was the joke about a piston?...ibelieve on the replacement sheer grab vid' ... It was an old farmer friend used to say it ( amongst many others) when I was working on his farm... Just I don't believe I had a reply or response . Sorryman! I trust were all good ☺️👍
      Happy tractor driving and keep up the good work...
      Any news on the concreting of the area to store the farm machinery around the back ?
