I like Lombardo. They have a good track record. I will be building this year. What I wish is there were more open concept homes similar to what is available in Texas.

Second worst builder in metro Detroit. They lower surrounding property values wherever they build, only Pulte is worse.

Build Anywhere is not true lady told me I'm outside of the boundaries. How is Wayne County outside of boundaries, Ohio should be the Boundaries lines

I'm assuming whoever buys it will. This builder doesn't usually finish basements on their models.

Sounds about right. 350 was the base price of the house if you build on your own lot. Still one of the better deals around compared to other builders..

They build in Michigan and Missouri
How come this is listed at 441k on the lombardo website?
looks like 350k get you a 1600 2 bed condo in macomb, not this 2400+ 4 bed

@@PaulWolfert lmao.......come on dude, these prices are still terrible. Nobody lists house prices without the lot. These kinds of homes were selling for low 300s 16 months ago. 430k+ is too high

Yes. I say that in the description and in the video. The cost of the home is $340k and many of my buyers already have chunks of land to build on.
