    Athlete: Andreas Holmberg
    10x500m from resistance 1 to 10
    Rest 90 seconds in between
    Start when Andreas is starting and stop when Andreas is stopping regardless of how far you have reached.
    Andreas will go 500m on each interval.
    Warm up is excluded from the video. We recommend a 10min warmup before starting this exercise.
    Push hard and good look everyone!

    This...is...Sparta! Absolutely crazy - he’s a machine. Managed to go 10secs slower per 500m. I have no idea how he can go this fast 💨

    Excellent content. Would love to have English subtitles. Is he changing the drag factor or is it being kept constant? What is the device taped to the machine? How often do athletes do
    one of these workouts? Just incredible athletes. So inspiring.

      He is changing the resistance of the drag and its the camera filming the display that is taped to the machine.

      He is increasing the drag factor by 1 each interval. Starting at 1 ending at 10. The device taped to the machine is a gopro so they can film the screen :)
