His computation normally costs 25k per sqm.
But in the Philippines , normally about 35k per sqm

I love natural light coming in inside the house. Bright light makes positive vibe inside the room while negative aura comes out. I don’t know why other people loves darker rooms during daylight. sir Oliver try nyo nmn po mgdesign ng budget renovation for a low cost town house. Para mgkaron ng bagong trend kasi halos lahat magkakamuka na ung loob ng bahay. Yung tipong 46sqm flr area and 56sqm lot area. more power. peace!

mah dude, sana meron din para sa 50 sqm. gusto ko sana yung 2 rooms with maliit na sala and combined sala and dining area.. tapos yung 1 out of the 2 rooms. gaming room na may high ceiling, with loft bed and normal bed.. alam ko po dami ng request ko pero parang condo style po yung gusto ko..

Have you tried designing dance studio po hehe usually sa mga practice rooms may nilalagay na mga salamin para makita at mapag-aralan ng mga pro na choreos and dancers yung mga dance formation at transitions.
