What a psychological tricked played by journalist. The journalist asked him two same questions telling him that he will dodge first one creating a tension by saying it as witty (playing with his ego) to answer the next one which is the same question as first. But Jaishankar catches that trick and doesn't answer both. Jaishankar is indeed very highly intelligent. We need a diplomat like him as long as we can have him.
