I think he may have watched too much Drive to Survive; but that's just my assumption. Never liked the show due to its "Reality TV show that totally depicts real life events accurately" vibes.
Got to say Steiner is hell of a patience man
0:32 little did he know
in plain english :
Maxi-spin: My daddy paid for my seat, i want a better car than everyone else's
Steiner: if we do that it will 1) be against the rules and 2) you'll still be a shit excuse for a driver with less than 0% talent
The audacity of this guy. Demanding a different car. 😂
”Daaaaad!! They are unfaaair!”
"One thing we could try is to make a different track for me.. you know.."
The First Chance Gunther got he sacked Mazepin off the Roaster
reminds me of how I was when I was at 6th grade. good times
With results of this year, it sure seems like Mazepin might have been holding the team back.
And people wonder why the debut season for Mick was so bad and why he struggled at the start of this season. Having a team mate like this (not to mention he's the worst on the grid and is also a pay driver rookie) won't be good for driver development. You need a veteran driver that posts results in the first seat and the promising young rookie in the second seat to help his development.
and now with magnussen as a mentor mick has good points now
his dad Dimitry has so much money and he is not able to educate his son properly
Notice how hass is doing so much better with out him
Came back from the dead
Why am I not suprised that Mazepin is exactly how I expected him to as a person. I am actually so happy he is gone
"Good car doesn't help you if you have skills issue"
Mick only lacks the car. Nikita lacks BOTH.
@@albertusaswin2012 True
@@albertusaswin2012 Nonsense. Mick is a dud, nice guy but no ambition or skill.
@@pflaffik nonsense. You just have not seen anything of him.
@@albertusaswin2012 the thing is mick is someone who’s quite keen to learn, improve and would even take days off if he can to just work hard to get better.
Just need to get rid of Stroll now and we’ll have a grid full of drivers who didn’t have to buy their seats.
Stroll has actually had some decent results and doesn't have a huge ego.
Latifi
Its amazing to see this year with magnusen outperforming mick, just how shit mazepin!!
Mazepin made Mick look better!!
this, Mick looked good because Nikita sucked.
mick is a great driver, he doesn't need anyone to "make him look better"
"He does not fok smash my door!"
If that was me, I would have sacked Nikita there and then for that last comment.
I mean, for this season alone, look at Mick, he was struggling at the start of the season compared to Kevin, but slowly he's getting there, and after the Austrian GP he got back to back points finish... Now compare this to mazepin
First time seeing this and already Mick Schumacher and Kevin Magnussen have scored points and we are in the middle of 2022 season
Lol. This should be a recurring thing for Haas drivers. Wonder if Mick will get the talk this time if he doesn't get any points this season.
No, cause Mick doesn't have the arrogance that Mazaspin has.
Mick knows when it's the car "Better luck next time" and when it's himself "Sorry, i messed up", so a team will automatically stay more positive towards him.
this didn't age well
The ending of this video:Mazepin went fowk smash door mode.
And here we are seeing Kmag with the exact same car scoring points
I was frustrated when Mazepin was sacked due to politics, but it turned out great, Kmag killed it in the first race and mick finally had someone to look up to... If it was mazepin in the team, they would still struggle to get any points whatsoever
the definition of a liability
Mazepin had no Talent for F1, he was arogant and not sympatic. I dont miss him.......
Mick has more talent and he will be a world champion someday.
@@sezniteowl5398 we'll see about that one in a few races. traditionally it takes Mick about a season and a half to get used to a car so if he starts getting those consistent points like K-mag is then sure. But I wouldn't say he's world champion material just yet. We gotta see results first.
Also keep in mind the only people who have won championships since 2010 are those who absolutely DOMINATED junior categories, not anyone who just eeked out a win at the end. Still think the kid has emense talent tho so can't wait to see how he gets on
@@notachannel6097 yeah and if you look at him in F3 and F2, it took him 2 seasons to win both championship and Franz Tost says he needs 3 more years before he moves to Ferrari a and he also said that Mick needs to consistently beat K-Mag so here's what I'm thinking after his contract with Haas expires.
1. Haas could keep him for those 3 extra years
2. He could move to AlphaTauri (probably not since it's Honda powered)
3. He could move to Alfa Romeo
Guenther sound like a Quentin Tarantino’s villain
Unfortunately you have to work outside the track as well, If you are not in the mind set when those lights go green, your in for a rough time
One thing is for sure, he is not missed.
that engineer looks really stressed
Make a different car for meeeee. Papi wil throw lots of money at you please please give me better car
If the brat had a mercedes or a Ferrari he'd still be the same at the back of the grid
True... that was obviously what he said.
Was given a new chassis and still got absolutely thrashed by Mick. Anyone could give him Verstappen’s 2021 title winning Red Bull RB18B or Hamilton’s Mercedes,Mazepin would barely just made it to Q3.
@spriitesyrup a round chassis so it can spin better.
@spriitesyrup look up Mazepins results from all the racing classes he drove in. It’s a joke haha. About that testing. That’s way different than having to qualify or race. How much slower was he than Hamilton?
Jesus christ. He is not even listening to Gunther. What a spoiled child, so glad he is off the grid for good.
He’s blaming it on the car if Mick can do it with the same car and you can’t it only means one thing your a bad driver 😂
I guess they are happier to have KMag now
KMag is a two time washout, only thing he did was in Jeddah when he proved that blind chicken can find corn.
Jeez that’s a bit harsh leave poor the man alone
@@starty8814 I'm going to agree with you, jeez Ploffy Kha cut him some lack would you and besides, he hasn't been in a F1 car for a year and yet he finished P5 at the season opener in Bahrain
I agree with Maz. Being nice doesn't help shit
I started to watch F1 this year, and when I looked back on those races last year, I thought Mazepin just needed some time to improve and didn't know why everyone just being so toxic until I watched DTS.
Just a hands up; you should take DTS with a huge rock of salt. That show does not portrait the reality of F1! But they nailed Mazespin's shitshow at least lol
put the volume up man
Having Nikita in 2021 really held Mick back I think. HAAS had a terrible car, that's a given, but all Mick needed to do was be faster than Nikita. I bet 99.9% of amateur club racers could beat Nikita.
So in 2022 it's taken Mick 10 rounds to get up to the same level as K-Mag. I believe HAAS and Mick had the potential to be further up in the standings if K-Mag was kept on for the 2021 season.
Well that and Mick is also doing his trademark middle of second season glow up. Happened during his F2 and F3 days too. Those points at Silverstone gave him a huge boost in confidence.
Nikita spoke and He successfully got the Fastest Lap in Spa in one session what a Legend
Mick must be thinking because of nikita he image as a good driver was there. But since kmag has joined mick looks amateur
Всегда наступает время отдавать долги)
"Dude, Mick is son of legendary Michael Schumacher and i'm a son of a guy who is friend of Putin what means everything what we are doing is trash as fuck."
the pressure haas had with nikita was so hard.
I know they always say, "teammates drive the same car" but I am positive they don't. One teammate can be last place, and the other could be fighting for podium. Surley one car is faster than the other.
No I think they are the same. But wear and depreciation of parts on each cara the different, but that happens you drive or crash more than ur teammate
Dude do you know anything about f1
@@arnavwagh6710 yes
Don’t worry, I quickly sorted this out😉
Steiner can be happy to get rid of him
K Mag is the far superior driver and Haas was given a miracle when Mazespin left.
Make me a whole new car…. Spoken like a true billionaires son. Not to mention a Russian oligarch
He sounds like someone who has a casual look on the sport, thinking haas is gonna be like merc and redbull and build a car for him and have him as their lead star
Wtf ever dude
Nikita will learn. Young blood gets heated quite fast, this is just one of the life's lesson.
Lol being nice won’t help me stay here… no but neither will being an asshole.
You may be judged on your performance but people will fight for people they like. It’s why it’s important on a team to be respected or at least liked.
When it came time to drop the hammer on Mazepin I doubt anyone stood up for him.
poor guenther keeps getting the shit end of the stick
I'm so confused about him asking for a new car. If they build it then it's still the same car?! Why not just tell them where you're struggling so they can tweak it to your style or make improvements upon the layout which is already set by S tier engineers & mechanics. My guy actually believes there's a magic car that will instantly put him in pole position.
No one misses him.
Niki Lauda: Ferrari, you car is gobshite!
_Nikita Mazepin takes notes_
Thankfully we don’t have the massive fuckup Mazepin on the grid anymore. Hopefully it stays that way
