I’m late commenting on this video, but I agree with both of you. I can’t believe people are questioning the content of Death’s videos. I would bet that the majority of the individuals making bold statements while hiding behind a keyboard are around 13 years old and have never been to jail or prison. Some might be a bit older and maybe have been to jail overnight...maybe. I don’t want to speculate too much, but it’s easy to talk shit about what you “would” do until you are in that situation yourself. Keep on making the awesome content and screw all the TH-cam keyboard warriors.
As a Correctional Officer I can tell you that some of us do care about the safety of the inmate population because I know for myself that I could have been there myself if not for the grace of God. And no I didn't just start my career as you stated. But not all of us are the same. As has been mentioned before there are all kinds of Correctional Officers and we all took the job for different reasons. Great show and a great channel. I wish you the best.

Hey man. Thank you for giving me something I can listen to and relate to. I recently finished a 4 year bid at lake butler reception center in Florida. Every episode I watch gives me some levity in my day because I’ll hear something every time that I can relate to. Certain terms you use or things you saw and experienced are things that I saw or experienced too. Prison definitely opened my eyes to a whole different level of life and I believe that convicts do share a bond so thanks for that bro. I’ll keep listening and watching. Thanks for what you do bro

I was a prison nurse on Death Row, Mental Health and admin segregation. I had to run teirs of metal stairs and concrete for the Georgia Diagnostics and Classification GDCP at Jackson, GA. I was assaulted twice. But I always treated inmates with respect as long as they’ve treated me with respect. I have stories you would not believe! I like your channel very much and I binge watch. I’ll try to drop you a story every chance I get. You’re so right about changes from state to state. In Jackson it’s Super High Max, but it’s also the only diagnostics and classification prison so after sentencing in the county jails, they bring them to Jackson. The D/C process can take as little as 90 days but many times it’s much longer. I’ll write more another time. Nurse Debbie

Pasco County Jail in Florida has intercoms in the cells. They have 3 types of blocks, old fashioned bars that make all kinds of fuckin noise when open and close, open bay dorms with all day rec rooms, and tents that are basically structured like the open bay dorms. People just hate on you because you have a really good channel. Keep up the great work my friend!
