Ashley was a friend of mine I wish the victims were the focal point of these videos and not the monster who stole those beautiful girls lives. @@hardwired8084 What are you talking about? Hearsay means something else, it's when you give a second account, something you heard from others. In this case, the witnesses to the event gave a first type of account. They were there and directly heard and saw this. Maybe he wanted to confess or maybe he wanted to say something else. His dad calling him to leave was probably a coincidence because it seems they were moving that day somewhere else. If they did know about his murderous tendencies, they were and still are monsters, no doubt about it.
His defense was laughable. I don't get them. First they said he didn't do it, then they said he did do it but was crazy at the time. Lots of contradictions. Good for his last victim for fighting him so valiantly and overpowering him. She really caught a serial killer.

I'd like to know what was said or done to Gargielo's father and sister who came over to make him leave the house that one day so long ago. When right after that, he disappeared for years. Why did they come over? Why did they pull him away? Why were they protecting him so this years ago? In my opinion, they knew he was going to confess to her brother. So they find out where and what he was doing and went to find him and get him out of that situation. So....IMO, they're VERY MUCH partially to blame for the situation deaths! Everything could have BRB stopped right then and there had it not been for his father and sister stopping his confession all those years ago. So... what did they have to say for their actions???

In the UK, if you plead diminished responsibility and are found guilty, then you are committed to a psychiatric institution until such time as you are deemed cured - which could be never. I find it hard to believe that's not the case in the US too because it would be completely illogical to let a killer free because he has no control over his killing people.

That guy lived in the neighborhoods where he picked the victims, I think that about lots of cold cases, like Jon Bonet , the 3 females who disappeared together at night after graduation or something at the high school, then that young man Jason who never got to his local school grounds for his ride from his coworker to their job. It had to be someone very local , a neighbor living by these people who got away with foul play.

What gets me so much is the Chicago detectives could have charged this pos in Tricia’s killing with the amount of DNA found under her nails, NO WAY that would be a hand shake, etc. plus the other guy said they just dropped her off, AND brought the FATHER & SISTER of Gargulio in for questioning !! This would have SAVED those other women’s LIVES, it also would have delayed or stopped Gargulio from going to CA!! 😖 I am so upset that they could have STOPPED him or at least it would have put the laws eyes on him!😡😮
Rest in Heaven’s Love to all the victims, I feel there are more not known, and peace & Love to all the families.❤️🙏✝️. I know they will finally get justice for Tricia. 🕊❤️

it's sad, that if Patricia's Dad had just appeared before Gargulio Dad and Sister came to take him away, that maybe he would have opened up and admitted it, and those two women who were murdered and the other woman attacked might still have been alive today. I highly doubt he would have confessed though, he may have had other reasons for visiting them, just to return to the scene to relive his experiences and make out to be sympathic and grieving to the family. His own family must have seen the Scratches on him. Who knows, but his family should have also been held accountable.
