You know what Phil, you really just saved this guy's knee. I'm a big guy with a history of skateboarding my entire life, and the speed I've been rotating on my lead knee has led to a lot of inner knee bruising. I've been having to use a compression sleeve for a bit now due to it, and trying this change is such a life saver. One of the best tips for me personally I've seen on youtube so far.
It is Fantastic to see these golf legends get out in front of the cameras and show us how they train to be elite . 👍

I imagine he means weight distribution. You tend to keep you’re weight on your back foot til release of the ball where power is generated to front foot. Like a golf driver shot

Knees in swing process... Ludwig Åberg is already having trouble with his knees according to his trainer Peter Hanson
This is why I don't use spike, I still have a golf shoe, but not those removable spike cleats with the crazy grip.
I think he had tiger in mind tbh. His knee is gone from that snap.
@@robertd1211 Well I live 10 miles away from Ludwigs home- club in Eslöv. This is how I heard about knee problem.

Shame how Phil completely destroyed his legacy . If there was no Tiger Woods . Phil would have been " Tiger Woods " . By the shitty amount of views and comments here shows how low his popularity has gone too . Up there with Greg Norman who also should have been praised but took money over their legacy . Such a pity . Loved Phil and miss seeing him on the tour . LIV is shit . I just cannot watch it . Its golf done horribly and why no one watches it .
I love Phil as a golfer. A lefty and great talent who I watched as I learned the game and to be fair, what would you do if you were offered that kinda money to do the same job you have today? Continue to work your current job for far less or take the massive raise? No need to answer. We all would take the money., He is a human just like you and me, he is a pro golfer and famous but he is still just a normal human.
