Crashing and fast tracking are the two main techniques for bringing a delayed project back to schedule.
Crashing can be achieved by loading an activity with more resources, using more efficient resources, using overtime, etc.
Fast tracking is when we execute activities that were initially scheduled to be implemented sequentially, partly in parallel.
