    What is silence but the space that connects us to the universe. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Quote: “Silence is very important. The silence between the notes are as important as the notes themselves.” ❤❤❤ Eckhart Tolle, so great full for your amazing heart and service.

    This is so true!! I've become aware that I felt uncomfortable with silence. I was always trying to have music playing or have the tv on or always trying to have some sort of backround noise. I never realized this until I started becoming more concious and how being in silence felt 'weird'. It still is to some point but I am becoming more and more comfortable with it.

    I went to see Eckhart when he was in Oakland a couple of years ago and he spoke for 2 hours. My take away from it was that it really didn't matter after a while what he was saying it was very easy to just drift away. I slept a little bit. We had no clocks or anything so didn't know when it was going to end. But I could tell the rise and fall of intensity for example. Finally it became evident just by feel that we were moving towards the conclusion. That was fine. So ultimately it was more about our connection and less about the actual words.🙏

      That assumes consciousness resides within you which is impossible. In this world consciousness is a manifestation of what is around you. If you saw me meditate you would understand. You have to think like an Alien Being.

    People identified with mental noise become very uncomfortable with silence.
    Consciousness or formless dimension prevents you from being hypnotised by the mind and the world. Thus you bring sanity into the world.
    Only with the stillness within you can you be aware of outer silence.
    8:27
    Silence is as uninteresting as spectacular sunrise and sunset.
    You don't approach grand beautify with thinking mind. Only awareness remains.

    The article was about some „development“ in the topic of nuclear weapons. But it’s more then 5 years ago. It really doesn’t matter that much because I think we are asked here to do the suggested practice with any news item that we come across. Some developments in some countries may make it necessary to be very present with news and don’t judge from an egoic perspective.

      That is your reaction to the thoughts you have about the news. It is the ego, the ego loves suffering. Whatever happens in the world and on the news it doesnt effect you personally in the here and now. If you hadnt watched the news or heard the awful goings on in the world, you wouldnt have felt sad or terror or had any negative reaction. Sending lots of love ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Sad or fearful, the news is does grab attention because it is interesting. I did an online journalism course, it said journalists get excitied (ego) when something big and bad happens because they have something to write about. Horrid huh?? @Gaurav.P0

    "Words are very unnecessary They can only do harm." (Ref: Depeche Mode: Enjoy The Silence). How do you define love? Surely, once a designation is applied, such has intrinsic value , as far as "language" applies to "meaning." The silence of nature transpires into an enhanced , metaphysical, harmonic melody. Seek particle cohesion from what is around you, for that which flows through you must achieve balance. Focus on opening the 7 Chakras. (Ref: Avatar: The Last Air Bender: Season 2: Episode 19 Titled "The Guru.")

    • @annette4660
      @annette4660 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have tinnitus and so my silence is relative, so to speak. I just accept that, and sometimes I forget it is there, and other times I pay attention to the awareness that is always here or I wouldn't know the tinnitus.

    • @ill_Brassic
      @ill_Brassic 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@annette4660 yes I too forget it’s there and it goes, but when meditating it’s a bit more difficult as I am aiming to be free of thought and mind chatter, but can hear the noise and it brings men back out of that state of mind. When you say you pay attention to the awareness what do you mean? Give me an example of how you overcome the Tinnitus noise on an average day? And How do you do it when you are meditating/trying to be present in the now? Thanks for the reply!

    Let me break this down as I see it, logically.
    But what Spiritual practice is being INDUCED. Spiritual Practice means inducing a spiritual experience ( in religion terms) to walk a path towards a goal of salvation and liberation or union with God.
    It is impossible to practice a Spiritual Practice with silence using consciousness. More so the consciousness tool cannot be expanded because it's simply a tool for awareness to recall from to be consciousness of something that was there before. Such as, there was a bear in that particular region of the woods, so dont go back there again, be alert/aware.
    The day is divided into three, ie 8 hours work, 8 hours play, 8 hours sleep. If you are looking for more stillness, it would have to come out of your play time which would mean you are robbing yourself and if it comes of work time, you are robbing your employer, you cant do it in your sleep because you are already still. Stillness has no place for an economy, someone practising stillness is not contributing but taking advantage of some one who is working.
    To encounter a silenced person does not mean they are intelligent, so dont get hypnotised by their demeanour that you should fall also in a revolving door of confusion that wont buy you a new car, only sandals to walk your path spiritually.
    It's ORONIC that the teacher requires the NEWS to practice Silence. What dimension did that manifest from. Hello!
