      Why were they hated? Because they were honest and real about society. Musicians at the time didn't talk about what was happening in the real world. These two groups changed that and normal society tried to stop them. Thank God they didn't in the long run.

      LEZIMO the point is that in the movie the son wasn't actually singing the song, it was as lip singing, if you can't tell that then you need better ears

    • @lezimo5407
      @lezimo5407 7 ปีที่แล้ว +95

      marco guzman actually Oshea is a rapper and has been known to rap his fathers songs. And in a interview ice cube said that all songs were by the cast. When Correy aka dr.dre rapped "Expressed yourself" he stated that he felt like a real musician. and also it took a long time to rap all of the songs. Learn before you start to argue. When you grow up you might understand that.

    This was a pivotal scene for me, Eazy-E had problems being fluid with his lyrics he had to lay them bit by bit for hours till it was done. Here we see him spit fire bars fluid without a glitch 0:52 and Cube gives a gangsta applause 1:11, probably turned his back to Eazy so he wouldn't get distracted. So full of energy yet I'm sure it passed over a lot a peoples heads. I'm proud of you Eazy-E. R.I.P G

      When the camera was invented, art was no longer needed to document history. Artists were then free to use their talents to express their thoughts and emotions.
      With the invention of social media, art is no longer needed to broadcast thoughts and emotions. Now artists are free to express... whatever they want, I guess. 🤷🏿‍♂️

    This police brutality is still very unfortunately a reality five years later! I say this as a white man. I've been stopped for little or no reason, in the town I grew up in, quite a few times. The officers always had something stupid to say. But I was living in the E. Bay at that time. B/c I looked out of place, they asked me where I was going, and who I was visiting. And did not believe I was visiting my parents. Even asked me "What are you doing HERE?" WTF?? I at that point got a small taste of what minorities had been experiencing all along. But it had happened before. Getting pulled over (with new tags) for no reason. Just to check me out, maybe for intoxication. I was always respectful and honest though. That is what saved me.
