USB Tethering Android To PC Not Working!

My problem is my brother and i have same brand phone and while i try to connect my phone using the cable it shows the device malfunction error but, if i plug my brother's phone to the pc using the same cable his work's

Hola me podrias ayudar a ver la contraseña del Adaptador virtual Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct, esq al querer usar la proyeccion inalambrica me pide contraseña pero n se cual es y la he buscado de todas maneras y nada y si le doy en propiedades no m sale información de la contraseña
