    What was the two ingredients u put in before the oyster sauce? I couldn't hear u.

    Its hard to figure out how much seasoning he puts in by measuring the ladle. I will have to buy a Chinese ladle and measure the volume of 1 ladle. For now, this is what I can eye ball for the seasoning. I will cook it tonight and adjust. It may turn out way to salty or not salty enough.
    1. mix 1 egg wash and cover fish before pan frying
    2. Add sliced ginger after flipping fish
    3. Add 2-3 tomatoes
    4. ½ cup Shaoxing cooking wine (1/2 ladle)
    5. 1 cup chicken stock (1 ladle)
    6. 1 tbsp spoon oyster sauce
    7. 3 tbsp light soy sauce
    8. Flip fish and simmer on med low
    9. cover for 12 mins, flipping fish occasionally
    10. take fish out and plate
    11. Add 1 stalk green onion (cut into strips) and ginger strips into the sauce
    12. Add 1 tsp sesame seed oil
    13. Add pinch white pepper
    14. Plate and garnish with cilantro

    What did he add after the tshaoxing wine? It looked like water but I couldn't catch what he said. 03:08

    But the Fish did stick, why I know this, because look at the part when he flipped the fish, most of the skin was Gone, and had sticked on to the pan...

    there is a another type of cooking fish dish, which called squirrel fish !!!!! I think all the people like it, sweet ,crispy, beautiful look.

    The entire fish can be eaten, unlike in the case of "filleting" which seems like a waste imo

    I always like fresh water fish a way more than salt water fish! Salt water fish stinks!
