Noel did write all of their hits. My two favorite Oasis songs were also sung by Noel. Liam now uses professional songwriters. The guy he "co-wrote" this song with also writes songs for Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Lorde.

Liam writes about 4 or 5 great tunes per album, the rest is colaborative. Some of the more vibrant later Oasis singles were Liams too. The problem is himself who dismisses his ability as a songwriter everytime he is asked and jokes about his "army of songwriters" because it was a retort against a comment Noel made.

My daughter played this in the car today, I didn't know who it was. I fell in love with it. I loved John lennon and this is very much him. I never was an Oasis fan so I was surprised it was Liam. it's brilliant, nice one Liam. i am listening to more of your stuff now and liking it.

I just read an interview with Noel Gallagher where he says that he created an oasis that he created the sound that is his work, really Noel continues to disappoint me, this guy never understood the meaning of what a ROCK N ROLL BAND is and the importance of each one of his members, now I think he used his brother and the others to get where he is, because he alone would never have succeeded

Noel did write all of their hits. My two favorite Oasis songs were also sung by Noel. Liam now uses professional songwriters. The guy he "co-wrote" this song with also writes songs for Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Lorde.
@@nogoodbastid To be fair he has single writing credits on a number of the best songs on both solo albums. Yes he needs a band behind him and a producer but who doesn't? Liam writes about 4 or 5 great tunes per album, the rest is colaborative. Some of the more vibrant later Oasis singles were Liams too. The problem is himself who dismisses his ability as a songwriter everytime he is asked and jokes about his "army of songwriters" because it was a retort against a comment Noel made.
He has sole writing credit on zero songs on this album.
