    Let's amalgamate with a bit of Rick Steins advice :-
    1.Use Daawats Special Biryani Basmati or India Gate Basmati.
    2.Always use Cheese Cloth for the Khada Masalas.
    3.Use boneless chicken breast pieces, only.
    4.While boiling the rice add some green pistachios in a silver foil & let it cook. Add it later in the garnish.
    5.Use a heavy bottom pan & in the final step, cover it with silver foil & put it on low flame to cook.
    6.Add ghee at the bottom of the pan & a kadchi of hot water for the steam.
    7.Slide some ghee on the sides, as well.
    8.Add some barista in the garnish too.
    9.Barberries.

    What berries are you using and where did you source them from? I believe you are Dubai-based but where would the average Indian get berries from?

      They are Barberries in Dubai they are available at any Irani Store.In India or anywhere else try on Amazon
