Bhai @sagwan, I live in Ireland permanently & come here by my own company .there is a lot more needed besides what you have mentioned. 1) most company doesn't offer work permit as a local resource are enough. 2 ) you can apply for CSEP for your self but you will need a job contract for two years and a P30 which no company like to give unless you are already working there as an intern or graduate.
3) setting up your own company in Ireland as an Indian is a nightmare and they need at least one EEA director or a EUR 20k deposit....and many more

Hi Deepak, I know many people who got Job in the UK from India itself..So, if you believe that it's not possible for you then nobody can do anything for you because you have to believe in yourself first..

Well if you have prior experience and a degree from Ireland it's not difficult to get a job and sponsor later. Freshers faces most challenging to find a job.

Job offer is almost equals to getting a sponsorship as the companies won't give you a job offer ( also not even interview candidates ) so easily if you're not a resident in Ireland. Once you get a job offer, the employer or yourself need to apply for an Employment Permit and based on that permit you will get the visa. This statement is contradicting for anyone, so pls remove this from the video and from 1st look anyone will think it's easier to apply CSEP , so we need to set the expectations right with a correct sequence of steps :)
One question, PR can be applied after 2 years or within 2 years, what about if your 2 year term expires and PR application is still not processed?

PR can be applied after 21 months of continuous work on CSEP. It takes 6 weeks to get your confirmation letter from DJIE once you get it just apply online and get your PR
