Why you want to study law in foreign country as you cannot practice those law back in Nepal ? Although there is no guarantee of residency where you stay law.. better try to study other courses like business and management or business law instead.. You may try New Zealand for diploma courses..

If you are coming for study, you can only work 20 hours per week and full time (no limit) in your summer vacation. If you are able to work and manage your study at the same time, I would say you can manage monthly interest..

Your score is very low and you cannot take dependent along in Ireland. Try for Australia or New Zealand for Graduate Certificate leading to Graduate Diploma. You may meet the requirements there for Graduate certificate or Graduate diploma level in Leadership and Management. Check ATCWA, IIBIT, AIBT colleges based in Sydney Perth or Tasmania.

I completed my bachelor of social work (3 years degree) in 2019 with 56% in aggregate and PTE with 68 overall not less than 66. I will highly recommend you to try for Australia rather than Ireland as Social Work is most popular and leads to PR

This is the main problem here in Ireland it’s very tough to find the housing. So better you go at student hostel or student living Center at first and then later find the private room to live after few months.

It depends on you how you save and how you earn and how much you work. Usually 20 Hrs per week is working hour during term time and full time in vacation. Student will work hard to save more.

You may apply to Australia , Canada, Newzealand or Ireland or even UK. Your degree is fine and PTE score acceptable. Try for Canada
