@fawazadegbayi6956 Input 755204 and click enter key then input the last 9 digit of your meter number and click enter. By now it should be connected, proceed to enter your key token. If you do this and it's still the same thing then you will need to take the remote closer to the meter If this works reply back here.

My CIU is not showing success or failed after inputing my token. I've been doingbit before now successfully but I cannot seem to get through it again.
