Painting owl statue Part 3 of 6 color application on base/stump

Just a quick method of color application to the tree stump of this statue using a dry brush method with some watered down paints
Color application is fun. You can use contrasting techniques with watered down paints of different colors, blend in some areas and then allow to dry them contrast with other colors until you are satisfied with outcome.
Don’t like it? Rinse it off before it dries
