Simple painting technique (CLOTH) for concrete plaques with shallow lettering

Simple 3 step technique for painting concrete plaques with shallow lettering.
1. Base coat (must be completely dry)
2. With a mixture of base coat and straight white paint , use cloth technique and allow to dry
3. Add white paint to chip brush mixed with color from second step, remove excess on cardboard, and holding brush FLUSH against plaque, apply light pressure and move brush applying light pressure and over plaque until desired effect is reached.
