Dolby Atmos. It's called Double-layered Atmos which is used for multi-level theatres for proper distribution of object based audio. This theatre has a balcony. The balcony gets its own layer of speakers.

For those who are interested, you can have a commercial grade theatre within 4-8 crore budget (due to import duty, cost is high).. or you can do it as 90% DIY project. 10% equipment needs to be from reputed companies; eg: Processors, servers etc. Same budget applies for rental production companies.
