I don't think so. Nothing easier than to swap out a screen for a larger screen. Where is the size of the screen? These guys are amateurs, wouldn't trust them. How big is the screen?
Little confusing until you provided info. Client build! Makes sense because there was way more space down there than what we saw in your home basement build? And, who has 10' ceilings in their basement. I've never seen anything like that. Most of us don't even have that in our houses, lol. All that aside, some pretty incredible spaces there. Very nice work!
This is very well done, luxury at its finest however the black throughout reminds me of Rosemary baby's dungeon or a secret basement for members of the occult.
@@wendellwendellb339 This is not my house, so I can't speak to that, other than it sure looks like they knew, as this is the product of the customers wishes.
Absolutely great taste and modest design, although I would have preferred a pressurised cinema room for that rich deep bass to bounce off the walls from and to, one day I would love a similar aesthetic, even the arcade room.
This is beautifully designed. I love the materials used and the layout. The artwork is very nice even the hang up vinyl posters in the bar. Overall, this is a job excellently done.
One day when I grow up Ill have a house with a basement lol. Not a normal thing here in GA. Lovely entertainment area. Great job. I wish I could tour all the home theaters ive seen to hear how they sound.
The walls all around the theater are acoustic panels, just trimmed in so they don't look like it. The rest of the space would benefit from some more absorption, yes. Their walls/decor aren't finished yet though.
I love the open concept theater. Classy. Different than the norm, panic inducing, closed in home theaters. Thank you for not having awful background music during the tour:)
Wow! Wow! Wow!.....quite frankly the NICEST most luxurous lower level I've seen on a large estate home. I'd love to tour the whole house upstairs because I can only imagine the quality. This finished basement is LUX to the tenth degree !! A masterpiece !!! What was the dollar investment for the whole lower level?
Beautiful craftsmanship and I really like the modern aesthetic. I would have closed off the theater and had the pub in the open concept area with one of the new available 98” TVs for casual viewing but that is just me.
This is my favorite home theater on youtube.ive watched this video like ten times.we did a theater room addition on our house and I'm honestly copying this room! Would you happen to know the name of the carpet in this theater? It's the perfect color and just the right amount of pattern.
To all the negative comments, you all are preventing your blessings. I really feel sorry for you because you are in a dark place with your life, and your jealousy and envy are causing you to fail in this world! When you start to appreciate others and their success, God will increase your territory. Trust me, do better! What an AWESOME & AMAZING basement project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Curious how big the bathroom is. Maybe there's an adjoining bedroom. Which most likely appears to be the case. I didn't see any windows around so there may be some compliance issues with points of egress especially if people are living in that area but again did not see the bedrooms.
I would put the massage chair in a place where you could watch the movie. Maybe in place of the theatre seats you could replace them all with massage chairs
love to see what the calibration looks like for the cinema? No way there is no reverb and other issues. You can even hear the echo as you walk around. Nice setup but only two Atmos speakers :( and rear surrounds in ceiling. A lot of rookie mistakes and hard compromises.
Those are not the rear surrounds. The rear surrounds are SVS Ultra bookshelves behind the sound panels. There are 6 Atmos height speakers, not sure where you got two from. The grills are painted to match the ceiling. It's a 7.2.6 configuration. The reverb goes away in the theater area, as all the wall panels are sound panels.
I don't know if the screen is actually 135" or smaller. It looks like 106"-110". I think that for this space and this viewing distance, an even bigger projection screen should have been included in order to have an even better immersion.
That would be tough to estimate when you count all the materials from a variety of sources, and labor, since the basement was really done as a whole project.
You 100% will loose performance with the room cut up like that..Also, Subwoofers are omni-directional;..Doesnt matter where you put them, well, kinda....I would most deffinently move a sub to the back behind the back row of seats ...but it looks amazing bud!
Cool looking basement but the room is just to big and open. I love SVS but your client should have went with some JBL Cinema speakers, Meyer Sound, or some JTR’s at the very least. Also the back surround placement is horrible. Those 2 PB 16 Ultras will not have enough output for that space , he needs 4 or more 18 inch or 21 inch subs for that huge space .
Very beautiful, details, materials. But the layout - I don't understand why someone would combine the theater with the other spaces. Regardless of the system performance being able to handle the large open space, mixing very different functions such as a home theater, which wants to have low to no ambient lighting, with gaming (pool) and bar areas that want to be reasonably, if not well, lit. Especially with a projector, which absolutely wants a dark room (regardless of how bright the lamps are and what the manufacturers claim regarding ambient light.) Very strange design decision, given that they have plenty of room to make each space separate from one another and not have to compromise. Open plan layouts, seem cool and interesting and may make sense in some situations, it makes no sense here. As with most situations, when you try to everything at once, you are not going to do any one of them very well. You created a space that was designed for multiple uses at the same time, but the different uses will easily interfere with one another. Someone watching a movie and having to hear others being them playing arcade games or laughing and screaming at the bar while shooting darts. A set of sliding or folding doors would have provided both the functionality needed for the different spaces, while allowing for the open plan. By not putting any separation between the home theater and the gaming area behind it, you're forcing one person or everyone using the space simultaneously to compromise. Everything else about this space is amazing, but the layout really let's it down.
Man if his basement Looks this good, I can’t even imagine the rest of the house 😮
I haven't seen it, but I'm sure it's nice!
@@Clint_the_Audio-Photo_Guy Is this your customer's home???
This lower level , it's beautiful !
@@debbiec6216 Yes! It is very nice.
Wow, amazing basement/theater! Love that open bar design and into the gaming room! A real dream home for sure!
Very Detailed!! I Love IT!! The man cave is Massive!!
What an awesome and beautiful space. Well done.
Now I know what to tell my contractor what good looks like ❤
Fantastic man cave theatre bar
That it is!
I look at a lot of expensive homes on line, this is the best I've ever seen it rock's, congratulations.
hell of a job. beauitful.
Now this is what you call a dream home with the the tech knowledge and style to make it the ultimate entertainment space. Incredible setup man!
Mind blown. This is exactly how I imagine my house. With nice bold designs.
this setup is the "gold standard" of a home theatre period.
I don't think so. Nothing easier than to swap out a screen for a larger screen.
Where is the size of the screen? These guys are amateurs, wouldn't trust them.
How big is the screen?
Simply wonderful, it is a dream, it is cozy, it has personality, congratulations to the owner of this wonder.
Absolutely love the details! The bar behind the theatre seating is spot on!
That's nice. I would host all the big games with a basement like that. You did good. 👍
I love the whole setup. Very, very beautiful! Enjoy!
Outstanding job. Your man cave looks amazing.
Very nice build! Of course, everyone has their own taste and preferences. Looks very well integrated.
Lo mejor que vi en muchos años de Home theater. Felicitaciones!!!!
Cool party areas for sure! That basement can entertain on another level! Awesome work, looks nice and clean!
One of the Best designs I've seen yet!
I was hoping to see it with the lights dim. Still pretty cool! 🔥

If this isn't the best basement..🤤🤤🤤🤤
Beautiful brother awesome job that’s plenty of bass for the open concept.💪🏻
Its so perfect I swore it was VR! 😳 Beautiful Job!
That is a big space! I like it.
For sure!

The space is reverberant; you need acoustical panels everywhere.
The walls all around the theater are acoustic panels, just trimmed in so they don't look like it. The rest of the space would benefit from some more absorption, yes. Their walls/decor aren't finished yet though.
Absolute goal to have a house large enough to accommodate something like this
very nice basement its amazing !

Fully agree. Bingeing/watching sports shouldnt feel like an appointment but an enjoyable experience to be shared
All I can say is 🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏
Beautiful setup.
Perfect execution! Great vision and creativity. Lot's of haters and "perfectionists" in the comment section, ha.

Yea, there's pros and cons to each style, open or closed. I see why they went open here. It's an entertaining space to host parties.
super nice! well thought out
Looks awesome
Sick!!!
Clean space
Beautiful, but man it is so echo-y in there. Need ceiling treatments badly.
Yea definitely need some acustic panels.
Magnificent!!!

Super nice theather but you should listen to "breath" by James Nestor, as you were mouth-breating like you've been sprinting up ten flights of stairs
Interested on the game area, is there any link to share on the arcade machine and the bowler machine? Thank you

Love ❤the home theater equipment!!
Also Love the Sony projector! What model?
Sony VPL-XW5000ES. It's our #1 best selling model for good reason.

Very awesome sir!!
Looks incredible. However, there are major sacrifices in audio quality.

I'm always curious as to what type of work people that own these beautiful homes do for a living.
Questions for you. Who was the builder and guesstimate on how much this cost

OK now I begin to see there's another room in addition to the other room which is odd and both with large screen TVs.
@Clint the Audio Guy . what's the square footage on that basement ?
Is this your home? If so, congrats.
No. This is a clients house. My entire house would fit inside this basement with room to spare.
Needs a turntable with some vinyl
doesn't fit the vibe of these rooms IMO
hey mate how do u go about getting arcade games ?

Yet for the whole family, and entertaining for guests. But also yes, ha.
What is your distance between the rows?
Peak.
It all looks good, bit coldest but that is a matter of taste. I just do not see the highend audio here!
Honestly, you can get satifactory sound from a general sound bar and speakers with 2 subs, all that extra is just that
There’s always one I swear….. nothing better to say 🤦🏽♂️
What’s the pool table size?
Imaginen cuanta potencia eléctrica consume todo en una hora
Wow, fantastic. I’m guessing the budget on this was in the $1M range…
Hell No !!!
what a sad space without people in it
Well they all left the room so I could make the video. I don't think it'll be empty very often.
