That "Time to Repent" side mission has more character development and heart in it than most main story arcs of AAA releases as of late.

Robocop meets up with the street informant Pickles to go look for Officer Brigg's (the missing cop key to the main plot) son when his mother can't find him.
In this video (can't remember the time code or chapter it was in), MrHammers' shows a clip of the last cutscene from that "Time to Repent" side mission where Pickles' says "And Robo here will just let you off with a warning. Right?"
And then Robocop gives a thumbs up and says "Right."
The whole thing though is great, and it's not a shooting mission either... well... Robocop doesn't shoot in it lol

I can completely vouch for that. It isn't mindblowing, but it is very fun.

the only negative I ever had about it, was that they initially left out Xbox for a Next-Gen version AND all DLC, which wasn't a negative for the game itself, but did leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
Didn't let it influence me too much, but as someone who did get into the game a few months after release and bought it on sale, I wanted to support them as much as I could, after I found out how solid the Game was.

Despite the low metacritic score, Terminator: Resistance sold me on Teyon's triumphant comeback. Hell, even their free Infiltrator DLC almost served as a Beta Test for the Robocop game as you can throw enemies around, collect intelligence and breach walls just like Murphy!
It absolutely sold me on the prospect of preordering Robocop and at 20 hours in and nowhere near done, I think it was money well spent! It's perhaps the best Robocop media since the Original 87' Release!

The only thing they missed with RoboCop was a New Game+ feature. It’d be awesome to just bulldoze through the whole game with every upgrade.

An important thing to remember in these dark, dystopian days of subscriptions, micro dlc, bugged beyond believe AAA releases, the price is worth paying and supporting: honest pay once get full game experience that is loyal to its source material. A thing that is so rare these days.
More people need to buy this!!!! Devs like these NEED to be supported!!!! Games like this dont get made to often anymore!!!❤❤❤❤
The guys who've made Terminator Resistance. Yet another made an incredible FPS game, and the presentation is well shown here. They really captured the movies likeness here, and brought Peter Weller to reprise his role is awesome. Now I really want to see these guys make Judge Dread.

My GOTY for FPS games. Only Trepang 2 came close to claiming that spot for me. I hope this dev gets their hands on more famous franchises like: Starship Troopers, Judge Dredd, Die Hard, Aliens/Colonial Marines, Aliens Vs Predator, Escape From New York, and a real Rambo FPS.
I think the growth they've shown just from terminator to this is fantastic, would love to see more from them

Dude, you do not know how badly I want a new Judge Dredd FPS, particularly one based on the comics/the 90's film, ESPECIALLY if it has similar choice/consequence mechanics like this game. There was that new Starship Troopers FPS released recently, so thankfully that craving is satiated.
It felt like a shooter from 15 years ago and I loved every second. I also like how pickels was a nod to the series "the wire"

Terminator Resistance, is awesome, it perfecly captures the whole post-apocalyptic Future War feeling and has tons of easter eggs.
Terminator was decent, Robocop is awesome, (80s/90s action property) will be perfection. Give these Poles more money!!
Robocop is guns, gore, and action galore, but most importantly it’s about heart and I’m glad that they didn’t forget about that like the devs for the previous Robo outing. Robocop is a badass literal killing machine, but inside of that suit is Alex Murphy and Murphy is the human spirit that OCP can never crush no matter how hard they try.
Yeah, OCP destroyed Murphy, brought him back, tried to crush him again at the end of the first film and in the sequel, but Murphy still soldiered on, that is the true definition of a bad ass hero.
Peter Weller must be one of the last ULTIMATE BADASSES in the world right now. Not only does he get a different History degree between movies, but also gets out of retirement to voice one last time his biggest character ever for some east european nobody development team. What a CHAD...

This definitely felt like a mid 2000s shooter that has everything I love about Robocop and was clearly made by huge fans of the first two films. We don't talk about Robocop 3.

This game is incredibly deep and fun at the same time. This studio got a bright future for them. Terminator resistance was also a banger!

A game developer that respects the hell out of a franchise, isn't making a "Live Service," and isn't offering $5,000 of paid DLC on day one deserves that $50 more than most.
If they use the money from this game to enhance their mocap stuff they'll be moving to the top of the AAA space in my eyes.

Honestly, if the devs did a good job, I think they deserve getting to market some dumb/cool skins as DLC.

The biggest gripe I have with the game that it is on UE5 and getting it to work for many people is a pain in the ass for little to no reason, apparently containing old UE bugs that prevent you from playing and you have to mess with your computer options to run just that one game, while others work perfectly normal.
Gotta admit, wasn't expecting such a deep cut like the Wanted:Dead soundtrack to open up the video, but you got my respect for that one, my man. Thought I was the only person that knows that game even exists, lol.
This game blew my expectations it was great story was good felt like I was watching robocop the first time the shooting was fun the story was good to lot of good characters 👍 I had trouble using the chip pistol’s upgrade system for awhile but damn you see the difference in it

I remember the game about judge Dredd where he fights zombies,the game was average but the first missions that is just Dredd patroling a city and do judge stuff was amazing, back then I wished the whole game was like this, now the RoboCop game is what I asked for

I wish all 80s and 90s action franchises were sourced to Pole studios, both movies and games. They have a much better understanding of what made them interesting and beloved than western people do these days.

I picked it up and it's a solid game that is actually fun to play. I beat it twice now. New game plus would be awesome or some wave of enemies or something where you can replay battles

The character of Wendell was more interesting when we only knew him as The New Guy In Town. I feel like you could remove him completely from the story and not much would really change. Max Becker was a far more interesting antagonist to Robocop than Wendell was.
I agree, Becker was a better antagonist but he wasn't ever a real enemy, just an arrogant douche. But I hated him more than Wendell so he did a better job

I want Die Hard 1 like this and you work your way up the building like in the trilogy , but make it Arcadie , minor fillers , must be able to throw man out of window tho, bring Carl Winslow back to voice , it’s doable

Terminator Resistance is not a bad game, it's a lot like Robocop in its jankiness. I quite liked it, wish both games weren't so short.

It's a good observation that this game feels "6th gen." It definitely does, but that is anything but an insult.
I mean their Terminator game is considered both the best T game and a quality sequel to T2. It has a strong cult following.
This was a fantastic game and I loved every minute of it. It’s amazing to see a developer go from Rambo to this.
A huge fan of this game. I knew after the Demo that it was worth supporting. A little jank never bothered me if the core of the game was solid, which this absolutely was. A fun time with a nice, brisk game that doesn't feel the need to bloat its run time. Gun play that is simple, but more fun than many FPS games nowadays.
You're telling me this game has a better story and world building than Starfield? Complete with long lasting consequences to choices? Wow i've gotta check this game out

I agree it would be more fun if he could jump, crouch and slide around. How I think they should do this is a sequel, which would be based on the Robocop 2014 reboot movie where robocop moves way faster and does all those moves. The scene where they pit him up agaist the other robots in the factory would be awesome, also the scenes where he is doing testing sims in VR.
Buuuuuut im sure this wont happen, instead streamers are going to beg for some multiplayer, battle royal BS where they can buy new robocop skins and NFTs, and the studios have to make money.
And yes, I was born in 1988, played my first online mulitplayer in 2019, PUBG. And I enjoyed it very much. But good lord man its enough now, time to just make good games not just a reskin of PUBG/Fortnite just so you can sell skins and battle passes.

if you take in advance that C77 cost full price and was a shtshow and even after years still unfinished and never be, see a well round product like this for me its just, a real comeback from those days where companies actually care about giving a good product because they knew, if not, it wont sell sht, coming back to the same example, C77 had a lot of people asking his money back but check again, how many didnt care about the current state of the game and tried anyways because trends and even after got their wallets robbed, they pay again for a DLC

Good review. I don't have any interest in playing this but that was a good watch. Bullets that bounce off your armor and kill your enemies sounds hilarious. I miss that time of the mid 2000s. One of the most fun times to be alive. I wish I was an adult in the 90s but that was some short lived fun there.
Agreed! There was a magic in the 90s and into the 2000s when it came to media, things just kinda lost their sparkle after a while
im glad i gave this game a try they had the delux edition on sale so i grabbed it on ps5..on normal mode i felt like a god..untouchable...but when i put it on extreme difficulty i started seeing a challenge..its also addictive as hell i love it

I vividly remember playing Robocop 3 on my Atari back in the day. The 3D graphics blew my mind. I'm happy to see a worthy new game for the franchise!
With Teyons list of games and how i felt terminator was kinda meh im actually wanting to check this out. Besides the RoboCop nostalgia the game just looks classicly fun but with all the new paint and possibilities current tech provides. Like a well done remake of a cult classic PS2 game

I absolutely loved this game. It's a made with such attention to detail and deep knowledge and care for the source material. It's the absolute antithesis of what we see so much in modern times where people will make a game, or remake a show off of some movie/show from the 80s and just butcher it and "re-imagine" it.

This is what happens when they focus on making a game, not a MMORPG or Battle Royale multiplayer epsort BS. You just get a game.
GOTY for me. I only bought trepang2 and this, so you know I wish it was 2005 again. Robocop was so good, I enjoyed every single minute of it. the atmosphere reminded me of deus ex, with its cramped alleys and scum everywhere. The most incredible attention to detail has been delivered. I’m thinking of the characters, easter eggs like Jensen heart transplants, the satire, the original set pieces (the conference room in the OCP tower!), just everything. buy this game and support the devs - not many of that kind around anymore!
btw, could it be that they have kind of „announced“ a Die Hard game because the antagonist Wendell Antonowsky looks a lot like… you know?
I enjoyed teyons terminator game, felt right in the cameron movies same.with this game, felt like i was right in those first 2 movies. Hope they can do a judge dredd game up to the quality of the previous 2

I know it’s realistic since Robocop moved slow, but goddamn it takes me forever to walk anywhere
very late but you can also have both full auto and never need to reload, if you have both options activated, you just need to have your auto-9 have the full auto motherboard then in the middle of switching to your other weapon, go into the auto-9 tab then swap it out with the never reload motherboard and quit out, then when you switch weapons you have both full auto AND don't have to reload.
It just resets every cutscene but you can even do it into the police station for an easy 250 points at the firing range

TEYON is on my radar. This and Terminator were VERY good, Cant wait for these homies to do Predator, Aliens 2, Total Recall *arnolds, Judge Dredd, Starship Troopers, etc

It's not perfect though. Aiming is wonky and I've had instance of it just simply not working. Also had the game crashed on me before, just once though. None of the issues really detract from the experience and I definitely recommend this game.
With all the 80s film games coming out, I really want them to do one of The Thing with current gen graphics. Maybe an Among US sort of deal there.

Straight up. I thought Terminator Resistance was fun. Especially Terminator Mode and the Annillation Line Campaign. And it has one of the best versions of the Terminator Theme

"pros" like IGN, which gave it a 4.0! Play it any way you can - on PC, PS5, and the just released the XBox version.
Enemies later in the game become kinda bullet sponges - esp in the jail break level....Fun game tho
