Bro, that's not morning coffee. Go to the doctor and make sure your blood pressure is OK. Uncontrolled hypertension can be deadly even in young people.
As far as I know, the pressure is measured on the left arm and there must be a break between measurements of at least 15 minutes for the blood vessels to return to their original state, and secondly, the pressure is generally never the same in the left and right arm.
They have to be done on different arms to get them done at the same time. 😂 The cuff changes the blood flow of the entire arm after all. BP changes a lot, one minute won't be the same as another. Ideally rest for 5 minutes before the test etc. Btw I am getting same kind of numbers as you, even with the coffees that hypertension is something to be aware of (as a priority) - look into it mate, it's a bit scary. (Watch 6 Classic + a black Omron here, waiting for my Ultra to arrive *any day now*).
not true. I just had a visit with the cardiologist doctor because I suffer of high pressure. I asked him if it's better to measure on the left arm but she told me that I can use whatever arm I want.
Thanks for the good review. I am using the Apple Watch Ultra and may change to Samsung if Apple does not release BP measurements for the AW in September.
Just got mine and Mann you can feel the power this watch is capable and yessss the heart rate and 02 measures are a cute afff no joke otherwise I'd take it back but it's legit compared to the 5 pro
too much caffein in the morning don't rise ur bp to 160/100 , u should see a cardiologist especially if u have in ur family a history of Hypertension (am a doctor btw)
Tnx man, yes but not only this, I went very late too bed (testing the watch), then I am also sitting into a not so comfortable position on my review table... not perfect conditions but I will be seeing one for sure to check.
@@admckenna1870 it's grade 2 hypertension probably which is for someone in his 30s or 40s not something to ignore , but ofc to prove that it is a real hypertension we need home blood pressure monitoring for 2 or 3 days , and this gonna be requested by the cardiologist , so getting a medical consultation is a good idea

ty for the video. may i ask what exact model for the omron are you using? Is the HEM-7141T model sufficient to get this working? it doesn't have things like fibrilation, intelli wrap cuff, irregular heart beat features, does it matter?
Any external good BP monitor with a cuff will be able to do it. The watch requires 3 measures to set a baseline with a real device, so any decent one should do the job.

For users that live in the US or don't use a Galaxy phone here is the workaround I've used on my 4 classic 5 pro and 6 classic seamlessly for the last year. Here is the workaround th-cam.com/video/b2q9YlFGIVE/w-d-xo.html I'm old and not very tech savvy but after several attempts was able to successfully load it. My only tip is use your phones hotspot for network connection, as suggested, during the process. My phone is a Pixel 7. Since the new sleep apnea feature is only available on Samsung phones I'm hoping someone creates a similar program to work around that

You will have a different outcome with results since your arm was up for the watch and down for the monitor
