My father have this problem, his age 75
Liver: is normal in size (-14 cm). Margins are regular. There is no intrahepatic biliary
dilatation. Portal and hepatic venous channels are within normal limits. Well defined round
isoechoic lesion with peripheral thick echogenic wall is noted in segment VIII of right lobe
measuring~ 4.6 x 4.4x 4.2 cms. Few linear echogenic foci likely calcifications are also seen
in segment V.
Gall bladder: Is contracted with distal wall echo shadow complex. CBD is normal ín calitber.
Pancreas: is obscured due to excessive bowel gases.
Spleen: is normal in position and size (~ 8.1cm). Margins are regular with uniform
parenchymal echogenicity.
Kidneys: Both kidneys are normal in position and size (right kidney-9.3 x 4.6 cm, left
kidney~8.9 x 4.1 cm). Margins are regular. Parenchymal thickness is adequate with raised
cortical echogenicities. Mild hydronephrosis is noted in right kidney. Tiny calculus of size
3 mm is noted in lower pole calyx of right kidney. No evidence of backpressure changes
seen in the pelvicalyceal system on left side.
Right ureter is dilated with calculus of size ~ 10 mm is noted in vesico-ureteric junction.
Left ureter is not dilated.
Urinary bladder: is normal in position and shape. Walls are regular. Peri-vesical fat planes
are intact.
Prostate: is normal in size approx. mm (-23 cc). Seminal vesicles are normally visualized.
No free fluid in peritoneal cavity.

Abhi sab kuch ekdam normal chal rha h. 3 months par Sonography karwata hu taki samajh aye ki size badh to nhi rha but 2 saal se same size h
What all diet changes u have made?
@@surbhisuman1930 Fat and simple carbs intake reduced as before I used to eat lots of Puri and paratha and sweets but now I keep the quantity under control. As I'm also a fitness coach so keeping the diet under control is easy for me and I'm also very active.
Still sometimes if I eat lots of fatty meals like pizza and dry fruits then I feel the tenderness at the right side of the abdomen but that's normal. I don't feel any problem when maintaining a balanced diet.

My mummy had gallbladder removal operation 3 days back. And she did not had any pain. However doctors suggested for surgery. She is also a heart patient. She had 11mm stone in gallbladder. Surgery went good, now she is having serious digestive issues. No motion since 3 days after operation. Vomiting also there. Hope she gets better soon. 😢

Yes I agree with you Dr. Unless you have the symptoms and pain again and again then go to the Dr.there are 2 things in the gallbladder 1 is Stone and 2nd is polyps.if accidentally anybody finds polyps or stone without any pain or symptoms then please never be afraid of anything.if any Dr create fear for you never go to that Dr.
I was in the europe I just did my ultrasound without any reason and that Dr wrote 2,3 polyps. Recommend next ultrasound after 3 months.i went to another Dr and he wrote 4,5 polyps. I was so confused. 7 times I had ultrasound.not any son of bitch asked me about symptoms. When I removed it then they said they were not polyps. Since that day I regret every day. Because you have many complications without gallbladder. And you loss your strength. You have neck pain, stomach and intestinal problems. You can't work hard.
Never ever trust immediately on any Dr or any ultrasound or any other report of the Dr. Because they are not God.just humans like us.

Encouraging & beneficial to me. On complain of obstructive jaundice four years back at my present age of 63years had undergone ERCP twice. Having SEMS for last one year I am managing with lifestyle change of 5km walk everyday coupled with intermittent fasting 16:8. Cholecystectomy could not be done due to risk factor and no pain so far. I had colon cancer and was treated and finished my chemo in January 2023. In my follow checkups I was diagnosed with gallbladder stone. The stone is very small. My doctor said it is not to worry. He will operate after their is any problem.

Hello Doctor, post delivery my wife has had 3-4 episodes of severe right abdominal pain in last 2 months. In USG multiple gallstones of 3-4 mm was detected and doctor suggested to go for laparoscopic surgery. We are not sure if surgery is the only option, please advice. Thanks in advance
