Everybody hasn't been here or even walked the same paths, but those who have or who still struggle with depression, any other mental illness, and/or addiction understand and feel the weight of these words. Keep fighting and do not quit.

Go talk to children in a cancer ward or patients in hospice of all ages. Look in the eyes of people who are dying and those of their family who would give anything to live and tell them how pathetic your life is, how you want to throw yours away. They'd trade places in a heartbeat. Would you?
