I just had my 2nd life now. I was miraculously saved from a Motorcycle accident yesterday, and luckily im not heavily injured. I know that God saved me. He protected me that moment. Hallelujah!
Oh my gosh! I’m glad you’re ok! I was saved today as well. A car came barreling down a canyon today where I was at the bottom and barely escaped. The guy was trying to kill himself. Miraculously he lived as well as me and the guy at the top of the canyon. God is good! 🙏🙏🙏

My son and only child committed suicide in 2014 I play guitar , my son was my biggest fan , for ten years I couldn't even look at my guitars , I couldn't touch them , I can not even explain how deeply depressed I am , I resently picked up my guitar again , I am in a fight for my life , I seem to be slipping deeper into that awful black hole of dispare , and music seems to be the only thing keeping me going , I just want you to know that this song has done more to heal my soul than you will ever know , THANK YOU !

Lucy has brought me a softness that soothed me when I needed it. MY health has suffered after I had an A-Fib attack. 6 days in the ICU and intubated all that time left me paralyzed from the neck down for 3 months until I learned how to walk again. The day of my 65th birthday I came out of the rehab standing and weak but I was walking!!! Thank you lucy for singing to me every day and helping me. I love you so much! Jim from east Tennessee.

I am over 50 (not 80 years old yet😂), but my daughter who’s studying in Wales was playing this song in November and December last year while in induced coma (life support) fighting for my life in an ICU department in a Norwegian hospital. Luckily I made it through due to amazing health professionals but this song truly helped in my recovery process and I have played it consistently and countless times. My all time favourite ❤ (enjoying Lucy’s duets with her talented sister as well) So happy my daughter introduced me to your music, what an amazing voice ❤ Keep on singing Lucy and thank you for saving my life. hugs from southwest of Norway

I listened to this a few weeks ago while I was youtube surfing. I loved it then. Well, tonight, I was watching a movie on Prime Video. "On a Wing and a Prayer". I heard this song at the end of the movie and thought, I've heard that before. I never watch the credits but tonight I did, and I was right. I saw it there. I have heard it before. My 8 y.o. cat has been diagnosed with metastatic cancer with no surgery possible, I prayed God for many days to give me the chance to say goodbye to her. Every day she is still here I say thanks God for giving me the chance of enjoying her company (she is pain free at the moment). I thank God because now i know he still gives me time to enjoy her a bit more. Its not being easy, but at least she is feeling more loved than ever🩷

Wow! I am extremely critical when I hear singers attempt this song. They usually stray way off trying to make it their own. You dear lady are a gift to the song. Each word clearly pronounced, stayed true to the original and still put your own twists here and there. Leonard Cohen would be proud. Amazing young lady. Simply amazing.
She’s an great singer, but I think your analysis is wrong. If anything I’d say she adds more of her own influence then the vast majority of covers. Whether you like that or not is of course your opinion, but it’s certainly not staying true to the original.

Lucy has a natural, god-given talent and she sings with such purity, grace and passion. All these comments recognise that she is different, (in a good way), from all the young singers who are groomed and eventually corrupted by the music industry. I sincerely hope young Lucy does not succumb to all the fame and false glamour and stays true to her path. She is destined to be one of the greatest female singers of all time.

Just an update. I'm 82 now and listening/viewing 69 Lucy's songs on youtube and I feel stronger than ever that she is the best singer out threre today. When she hits that high note in this video it is so pure and beautiful it overwhelms me as she does often. Anyways on we go and I can't wait Lucy's next great song. Thank you

I think Lucy is 16 yrs old at this recording...? She has such a mature developed voice and interpreted the song beyond her years. Lovely rendition. Just lovely. From her earliest videos, even at 9 or 10, Lucy was singing beautifully, like a professional singer. And getting singing lessons helped her too, I'm sure, for so many years. Singing is her ' passion ' she said. Thanks to You Tube we can follow her career and be entertained by her marvellous voice.

As a retired music educator, I must say that this is the best singing I've heard in my entire life. Every syllable, every nuance is crafted to perfection. Please consider doing more songs in the Christian music genre. You are greatly needed there!
