my issue i have had ( i have owned 3 xj's my now is a 99), is that the wire from the fuel rail that goes to the upstream o2 is resting on the exhaust manifold and causing the problem. so double check that wire. also the wiring harness that is on the fire wall likes to rub on your intake manifold so make sure it is secure. just a few thing that has troubled me in the past.

Hey Dan, the rust on the bottom of the door reminded me that rust can build up a lot on the commanders underneath the rock slider trim. Do you have a video or know how to remove the bottom trim without breaking the clips?
I didn't know about fire coating. 😁 I did it with liquid shoe polish and it looks great for a year, even longer, depending on the shoe polish I guess. But this is great!
i have the true mods headlights, i installed them with the amber turn indicators facing out, and i didn want to be like a bronco, lol. mine are actually for sale on Marketplace for 50$, they have a really nice Z shaped cutoff and theyre bright. im over them already. i want to try the new Napa LEDs that look more like a stock OE bulb, they cost about $225 a set which is half the price of the Holley retrobrights. imma have to get myself a D&E hoodie for Christmas. what did you use to paint the beach jeep intake Dan? Uhhh HOW can one get the remote start function programed?!?? Who is this Mark guy and is he a wizard?! Like this is something I have been wanting for my XJ since I got it but thought it was only avail with aftermarket solutions/key fob. I am humbly begging for guidance 🤘🏻
