I think the key to "making iPad useful" is to separate your tasks from the devices, not mix them. When you try to do it all at once and everywhere. Soon it will become a competition to which device does it better and will kill the limited one. Instead, you should try to limit yourself and your tasks according to functionality. Like you did with the Calendar and planning. iPad is good for content (video, education, audio), video calls, making notes, and ... quick e-mail answers. The other way it's when you have a computer and try to make the laptop from your iPad, but it's a different story.
I love that I’m seeing more iPad productivity videos. I’ve gotten into the habit of finding a place for the iPad in my workflows in marketing, and it’s been AWESOME. Great video.

I own a HP Spectre 2021 and iPad Air 2020. There is something about using the iPad that just allows me to get work done and keep in focus. I think it's the minimalist design of the interface and the screen size. It's great as it really allows me to stay in the zone and not get distracted. But when I need to do a lot of document switching or multiple tasks at the same time I use my laptop and monitor. I use the iPad as my main device in school. Using the Apple Pencil and Goodnotes at school as well as the magic keyboard for general internet browsing and typing on word, with everything syncing to iCloud and OneDrive. I love how I can easily turn on my hotspot without farthing around in settings or quickly AirDrop a photo from my iPhone. I also love my laptop, especially for movies and videos and when I need to use proper desktop applications like outlook and chrome, but the process of having to boot up compared to my iPad that's always ready to go on standby, it just makes using the iPad for enjoyable. Side notes: I wish I did get the logitech combo instead of magic keyboard, while the magic keyboard looks like magic, when you want to take it off the keyboard, there is no protection and you risk damaging your device. The iPad is better for on the move as you can download films and videos from supported apps like disney+ and netflix which you are unable to do on a laptop running windows or mac.

I am saying that after being a technology trainer for more than 20 yrs. And I’m not an artist, to be fair about the pencil. One of my insights is that everyone who loves the concept of an iPad, purchase because in the future, they are planning on having a perfect life. The concept of the iPad makes this possible.
it maybe not replace as laptop but thats it everything i need on ipad is here like notes and editing photos and videos and watching content and checking the weather its good for students
i found your chanell only a month ago but i have been watching all your videos and they are extremly well done. never stop making videos you have a strong telent for it and it wont be far into the future before you blow up, i can tell by the video quality
My laptop is starting to get old and I got to build a PC during COVID so I think I'll be replacing my laptop for an iPad and if I want to use my PC for anything I'll just chrome remote desktop it. So that's the plan. Plus it's gonna be really useful reading e-books and articles for my classes.
Other than building and presenting PowerPoints to my enterprise clients, I do everting on my iPad Pro 2 in the Google environment with Google docs. Been two years since the migration away from the Windows / PC environment. A bit dicey at first but very glad to be able to run the biz 90 percent from the pad than the Lenovo laptop
I got an m1 12.9 pro on a cellular deal and it’s been left unused for months and I’ve only just started to use it a year later. I do have to force myself to use it but when I do it can do all my work. I think it’s just a case of changing our old habits. The problem I have is it’s still a companion device. I can’t import photos from the files app or import music into iTunes.
