@raketny_hvost the J Tiger is the heaviest armored vehicle to see combat. It did extremely well. It's gun out ranged any tank or tank destroyer on the battle field. Nothing could get close enough to pen it. It's biggest issue was it would break down with either engine or transmission issues.

А когда на нём спрямили лобовую деталь то тиграм нужно было подойти минимум на километр чтоб попытался пробить исав реальности нежно было подойти ещё ближе. В той же реальности в Польше тридцатьчетвёрка закопали батальон Тигр-2 приняв их за Пантеры

IS-2 is more than able to beat a Kingtiger. But he has to come close enough or got him by surprise. As far as i know the russian canons, like the 122mm of the IS-2, wasnt that precise in compare to german ones. Thats the main advantage of the german tanks. Especially the well known 88mm gun. Just FYI. The fighting/losing rate is 15:1. It means 15 Soviet tanks to 1 Tiger. That is a statistic of the real war. The rest is fantasy.

It's heavy, it doesn't have turret, it has problems with mounting a gun, gun itself is overkill for most allied tanks.

I think only a IS4 could defeat the Tiger 2 easily in battle as a example .
