There are soooo many stories and not a single one of a positive experience. I will never set foot in one of the dealers if I ever win the lottery. I'll drive by in my Lamborghini and laugh at them.
I had the sticky buttons issue on my car, the Mercedes dealership recommended using Non acetone nail polish remover to fix.. it actually worked ! No damage to car at all.
I'd use alcohol, because nail polish remover can remove some paints. But if it is watered-down and used softly not so bad. But you need to clean off residue and then polish.
A little OCD on the service. A lot of independent shops are owned by ex/dealer employees. Any competent mechanic can work on it.
11:38 if the insurance company didn't want to insurance this vehicle, you should change all of our cars to a different insurance company and tell them that it was because they didn't what to insure your Ferrari. Man people think Ferrari/Lambo/Mclaren and other fast cars are luxury cars for some reason and expect them to be luxurious from the inside since you paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and sometimes millions, these are fast toys that look good and sound good that is it. They are not well made, they are not luxurious like a Bentley or a Rolls Royce, they are impractical and you will struggle driving a lot of them and they breakdown a lot (especially Lambos, the worst car in the category) and their maintaining them/upkeep will cost you a lot of money. Know what you are getting into before getting into it. + That Ferrari is from 2009, shouldnt be held to 2021/2022 standards. The best way to buy these cars for fun is just... TO NOT, lease them if you have to and again do not lease a fucking Lambo because there will be a very low mileage limit and there is a high chance you will crash the car hitting a small pothole making you pay from 40 thousand dollars minimum.

One day Ferrari is going to follow Harley Davidson right into irrelevance and Fiat , Phillip Morris(missionwinnow) and the Italian government won't be there to bail them out again and I'd like to see them gone from Formula 1 especially, no offense to Charles & Carlos. It's corrupt that they get a Veto vote AND an additional $70 Million per season that comes out of the prize pool FIRST for what has been known as 'The Ferrari Payment' since the days of Bernie Ecclestone. Sorry for the rant but this type of dishonesty just bothers me. It's unethical, especially for the money you pay for those cars. Ferrai really does suck in so many ways.

Talking about insurance... I think it's a very major issue in western countries. I'm from Hong Kong and guess how much to insure a 488 per year... 225 USD. a year. no kidding. that's the price I need to pay for, a year.

But people just see a badge and thinks it's good when you're literally better off with a cheaper car as they're simply built better but with a worse engine (you're never really using the speed anyway in supercars due to speed laws anyway)

Its not or never for the 348. the all analog 348 is the predecessor to the consensus best sports car Ferrari ever made - the 355. the 348 doesn't have the expensive to repair brass value and/or electronic suspension issues the 355 has. the 348 represents Less is More and Older is Easier when it comes to Ferrari Sports cars. Most anyone can work on a 348 on most repairs as while the 348 is not a grocery getter its definitely a daily driver. Also the 348 has a flat plane crank which generates the same F1 exhaust note as Formula one cars use flat plane cranks to lower the weight of the cars. the 348's exhaust note sounds "pissed." at $65k for a 30k mile or less 348 it's now or never before 348s become the air cooled 911s of the Porsche community. You can't lose with a solid 348. Slam dunk. No bigger bang for the buck out there.
As a many year Ferrari owner I can't follow most of this. Hate to say this, most of this is on you not knowing what you got into and not having done your homework. And some of it like the attention, is kind of on you. just go about your day when you park for example. The battery? Not even sure why the factory supplied charger was not in the car, and the fact that you did not know one was needed, just boggles the mind. That's not even a Ferrari thing. Many cars that are not regularly drive, needs a charger. The dealer location is what it is. You know that before I hope. The garage space is on you as well. You bought a car you don't have room for. You nix winter tyres before even trying. I used my Lusso as my winter daily in Scandinavia. I have ran other cars like this, as a winder car. You assume that you can't, you don't stop and think, then do it. Sorry man, but so much of this just makes me shake my head. The CEL for the exhaust? Again, on you not doing the research.
Thanks for your video. If you can post the maintenance costs as well as anything not included in regular maintenance that happens. People know watchiing TH-cam that Jay Leno does not want to buy a Ferrari and we read things like Ferrari dealer experience is something that is not as many owners wanted . I do not know if that is ¿ allowed by Ferrari? Some people post Ferraris are not reliable no matter owners agreed most of the time that are fun. There is one British Owner who posted a video on TH-cam and explain what is to use his Modena or Challenge look similar if I remember correctly, as a daily driver like he does no one else posted a video of a Ferrari to take his daughter to school daily like he did. Maybe the new upcoming Ferrari Suv called in Spanish Purasangre would be the Family appealing Ferrari but with a V12 engine? To end this long comment, if you can add your real fuel economy data, knowing that Porsches have a tendency to save more fuel when are used normally. And one more thing: Would you let Scotty Kilmer see your car? He only reviews cars from owners and does any diagnostics other mechanics are stuck ir when a dealer even Lexus or Toyota steals money from owners against what Toyota in Japan stands for. Thanks again. Hope this comment is not eliminated due to Ferrari policies? th-cam.com/video/_VyrBIv2YCg/w-d-xo.html
You're lucky to live in that state. Texas is ridiculous. My parents bought a 4,000 sq ft house and the driveway is over 15 feet long. The garage is 2" too short to hold a standard bed 4 door GMC Canyon. So I can't buy one. I measured several times and went to a dealership to measure the truck. Nope, it won't fit. The door will hit the top of the bed. I hate Texas.
Being able to afford a Ferrari is one thing. Being able to keep it is another.

You have 500,000 dollars worth of car's and your WIFE'S car is outside.....put the TRUCK in the driveway, it's just a truck.
Ferrari's are just trash :/ so much wrong with it and you need to keep it hooked on a charger all the time because the circuitry is leaking.
But people just see a badge and thinks it's good when you're literally better off with a cheaper car as they're simply built better but with a worse engine (you're never really using the speed anyway in supercars due to speed laws anyway)
I love your cars and i live in idaho falls and i cant wait to see you around town for you in my dream cars i just can wait 😊 and i love your channel I love to see you with your 100,000 subscriber plaque
If its not from Germany it isnt a sports car
Why don’t you back the Ferrari in?
Wow Tnx bro good
You have a unique freaky giggle lol.
second!!!! I love you chandler
My man be busting an oyster in his pants when he revvs that engine up.
Ayo 🤨📸
I feel like backing in the car would help a lot....
OMG!!! WHAT A GEEK!
PS: my dad drives a Dodge pickup and it sits outside. There is NO way it will fit the garage.
That's the biggest 3 car garage :D You should visit Europe and see how our one car garages look like
