Hello I got Section 221(G) letter at interview ( 22nd March ) because of my medical issue ( Sputum Test) but now on 15th May my medical is completed and they sent my reports to embassy so how much time embassy will take to revert back me for next further steps . Bcz right now I have left just 3 month within this time frame I need to travel
Hello, Kenya. The new fee is confusing on form I-765. It doesn't really specify if you are concurrently filing I-485, it just says "if you have a pending I-485 on or after april 1st" So what is the fee? Regular: 520? Or because you are concurrently filing with I-485, 260??
if you filed I-485 before april 1, 2024 you could file I-485 concurrently with a I-765 and/or I-131 for one total filing fee so I-765/I-131 was essentially free to file but with the update of fees april 2024 you now have to pay separate fees for I-485, I-765, I-131 even if you are filing them all together at once

A U.S. citizen petitioner must file separate petitions for each of their immediate relatives including stepchildren

It does depend on the country where the consulate is located. Some have to wait years. Even for immediate relative visas

You may still do it. Upon approval of your EAD, the notice will say that your travel doc is approved as well.

Yes you now must pay a full fee for I-131 and a reduced fee ($260) for I-765
