1:35 Way late to these comments, but can we please give a shoutout to that absolute BANGER of a button down that Jake is wearing this episode. Not everyone can pull stuff like this off but this man is killing it out there.
Great content and format! I would love to see a column for the max HR tallys that the players could get if they get the years correct. This content is amazing nonetheless. Good job guys!
I'd love to see a fourth card of the best player for each position that wasn't named. Sort of a best of the rest that you absolutely don't want to lose to
my lineup C 2012 Carlos Ruiz - 16 1B 2006 Carlos Delgado - 38 2B 2019 Starlin Castro - 22 3B 2009 Ryan Zimmerman - 33 SS 2007 Jimmy Rollins - 30 OF 2005 cliff Floyd - 34 OF 2002 Pat Burrell -37 OF 2009 Jason Werth - 36 DH 2008 Jorge Cantu - 29 total 275
I think you should have to have a CF. That position is much harder to find top tier home run guys than the corners and you should have to have one. Just like with All JM team
2017 Giancarlo lasting until 6 minutes into this video tells me that you need to start doing these videos with people whose minds are fully present for the task at hand
If 2002 or 2003 was picked for Chipper, he would have had to go under one the outfield positions since he was moved to left field when the braves acquired Vinny Castilla to play 3rd base those 2 years
here's my pick C Paul Laduca 2005 6 1B Ryan Howard 2006 58 2B Dan Uggla 2007 31 3B Chipper Jones 2001 38 SS Trea Tuner 2019 19 OF Bryce Harper 2015 42 OF Ronald Acuna 2023 41 OF Marcell Ozuna 2022 23 DH Gincarlo Stanton 2016 27 Total: 247
Can jolly do a deep dive on the 1975 L.A. Dodgers pitching staff? Specifically Mike Marshall. I found out today he won a cy young award after pitching more than 200 innings without a start. He pitched in 106 games! He had 30 some saves and 15 wins. I was just wondering what the starters and other relievers were like on that team to where this guy pitched so much. The year before, with the expos he pitched 179 innings as a reliever. Both years are what a starter in present time pitches.
My Braves fan ass sitting on the sofa yelling "Javy Lopez '03" which had to be number 1. I think only Salvy and Bench hit more than him. But I could be wrong.
Lucas shitting on them for getting the wrong years is so funny
Jolly when he has bad realizations is really funny.
Glad you brought this back, still would love to see most strikeouts (for hitters), I think that would throw everyone off
My god, they a stat geeks, not mutants lmao…. That category would be wildly difficult (can’t wait to see it!)
ADAM DUNN 2009
Javy Baez final answer
Great idea!
I did not expect the Andruw Jones pick would happen. Great job, Jake!
BBD taking 06 ryan howard that early gave me happiness
I love this idea. It’s so fun. Please keep doing them.
Can do RBIs, Hits, etc too
This is easily y’all’s most entertaining game
I couldn't remember many of the big middle infielder seasons, but I am proud of myself for nailing 2003 Javy Lopez at catcher.
Same!
I picked Javy Lopez 02 when he had 11 homers 😢
I knew that one instantly
I was screaming 2003 Javy Lopez that whole dang time
Me too
Same here!
2001 Shawn Green was the reason why I started liking Baseball. 49 bombs
Ooof Jolly, what a punt.
Thanks for going through the maximum this time. That was fun!
Loving this series! Please show all 3 drafted teams together on a single screen at the end

Send this idea over to the JM Football guys for a TD draft, love it!
Very well guest hosted!
FUCK YES JAKE. can’t believe ‘05 Andruw went so late. absolute unit.
Can’t wait to see the other divisions!🔥💯
Make this a series but every video y’all do a wheel and get different teams you can choose from each video till y’all do the whole MLB
Awesome to see this again, keep it going!
Great content and format! I would love to see a column for the max HR tallys that the players could get if they get the years correct. This content is amazing nonetheless. Good job guys!

Great idea!
Thank you for getting the Andruw Jones amazing year. Well done
Please do this for all the divisions. I like it a lot.
I hope we get more of these!
Lol that creative writing comment on bbd's outfit is too accurate. Especially cause i think of Brandon Sanderson's lectures.
my lineup
C 2012 Carlos Ruiz - 16
1B 2006 Carlos Delgado - 38
2B 2019 Starlin Castro - 22
3B 2009 Ryan Zimmerman - 33
SS 2007 Jimmy Rollins - 30
OF 2005 cliff Floyd - 34
OF 2002 Pat Burrell -37
OF 2009 Jason Werth - 36
DH 2008 Jorge Cantu - 29
total 275
Love to see so many Braves on these lists
“That’s very Mets of you” is classic
Doing a pitchers’ version for Wins and Strikeouts would be a cool one.
Could create a 5 man rotation and could even include a closed or two?
2017 Stanton. Screaming it haha
Love the content thank you!!
Great content. Lucas is a great host.
The power guys have had their moment in the sun, let's do a stolen bases draft next.
I made a lot of similar guesses as jolly and kept being off by a year or two also this is tough
Lucas is a great host, he hypes up the best answers, but craps on everyone for getting them wrong
I think you should have to have a CF. That position is much harder to find top tier home run guys than the corners and you should have to have one. Just like with All JM team
Do the other divisions cuz these videos are great
would love to see them try this with the AL West
How BBD didnt go Howard then Stanton had me shaking
it was a relaxed emotional pick. Terrible move, but good content.
2017 Giancarlo lasting until 6 minutes into this video tells me that you need to start doing these videos with people whose minds are fully present for the task at hand
I get where you’re coming from, but I think it’s more fun this way.
The way I was yelling Javy Lopez 2003 for the duration of this video 😂
half of the roster are braves i absolutely love that
Jake celebrating the win with a night at the Roxbury
Jolly was at a disadvantage, best possible lineup included no Mets.
Jake looking like he just off from work as a background actor in The Sopranos.
(It works for him though.)
Can't believe it took that long to get to Stanton!
Was waiting for someone to grab 2006 Rollins!
BBD’s name is David Mendelssohn?! L’chaim!
2016 Bartolo Colon. this is the NL we make pitchers hit here
I still feel like having National League DHs is cursed.
Man everyone was missing on the 2023 years!
Woah BBD’s government got casually dropped
Could have won with a whole Braves lineup. Chop On!
Me screaming 07 Jimmy Rollins the whole time, 30/40 mvp.
This is awesome
I haven't finished watching yet, but if someone doesn't name Javy Lopez or Chipper jones, I'm gonna explode
Draft idea: players who did not make HOF (no longer on ballot, so no Mike trout picks). Winner would be team with highest WAR.
Not BBD drafting 3 DH’s in Schwarber, Soler and Ozuna. That OF defense lol.
Asleep at the wheel with javy lopez, come on boys
I’m SHOCKED they did the AL East first.
If 2002 or 2003 was picked for Chipper, he would have had to go under one the outfield positions since he was moved to left field when the braves acquired Vinny Castilla to play 3rd base those 2 years
Currently on jolly’s third pick and screaming stanton
Lol 5 of the 9 best possible lineup are Braves
Was screaming 03 Jim Thome
BBD in glasses and a blazer 🔥 🥵
I feel like CF needs to be one of the OF spots
here's my pick
C Paul Laduca 2005 6
1B Ryan Howard 2006 58
2B Dan Uggla 2007 31
3B Chipper Jones 2001 38
SS Trea Tuner 2019 19
OF Bryce Harper 2015 42
OF Ronald Acuna 2023 41
OF Marcell Ozuna 2022 23
DH Gincarlo Stanton 2016 27
Total: 247
Surprised nobody took Jim Thome in his Phillies years
Jolly really let his Mets bias get in the way... picking Cespedes right before Andruw Jones is just not it LOL
Joez, now you know why Jolly always hosts...
Day 1000000 of asking where ref guess is
Okay 4:50 I’m screaming 17 Stanton
more of these please

Jake got my current fav player Acuna jr and my childhood fav player Andruw jones 😊
I’m surprised 2019 Donaldson wasn’t used
oooh jolly where did you get that shirt?!?!
Screaming 2023 Ozzie Albies and 2019 Josh Donaldson 😭
EAST COAST BIAS! jk This is a great game.
Should have gone with 2003 Javy Lopez for catchers
More more more
How was ‘17 Stanton not a first rounder?!
06 Soriano? He was on the nats
1996 Sheffield - 42 HR
They were only doing since 2000
2003 Javy Lopez YDKB
2006 Soriano. 40-40 season
My Braves fan ass sitting on the sofa yelling "Javy Lopez '03" which had to be number 1. I think only Salvy and Bench hit more than him. But I could be wrong.
Are we not gonna talk about how no one got 2015 Harper
Andrew Jones hit 51 HOME RUNS. Ball wasn’t juiced and neither were the players lmao
guys weren't juicing in 2005?? that's news to me
Could have just taken the entire '23 braves
What about 01 Barry Bonds with 73 homers
Omg Jolly not hosting🤧🤧
2001 Javy Lopez
03 Thome, I really wanted someone to grab him at DH
2019 mcneil would've been a steal
How did stanton drop that low
07 utley broke his hand on a hbp. Missed six weeks I think?
2003 Javy Lopez
His name is Dan uggla!
Why not do pre 2000
