The first player that came to my mind with the 1970s Reds is Johnny Bench. I’m shocked they couldn’t think of him.
His last MLB appearance was almost a decade before either of them were born, probably why they don't know him.
George Foster was the one i kept yelling.
At a certain point, this became a game of "will they remember that one Beltre year?" everything else was phenomenal work.
Beltre was a tough one given no one thinks of him as a Dodger anymore. The 2 other bigger guys you missed in the 70s were Foster and Allen, but otherwise, seems like you got all the names that really mattered. Rest of the names seem like guys that I wouldn't expect pretty much anyone to get.

I refuse to accept a non Geoguesser Monday video. Instead of complaining, I will offer 5 tips to assist in next week’s episode:
1. France is the only country with blue stickers on telephone poles
2. Montenegro/Albania has a large rift line in the sky
3. Taiwan has telephone poles with a black and yellow 🚧 design that goes to the bottom (Japan has similar poles but the 🚧 doesn’t go to the bottom)
4. Tunisia has a follow car
5. Japan has some street poles with a downward red rocket looking thing that points to the fog line of the road.
Those Geo God Guys just need to lock in, stay linked, and they are sure to get back to Gold where a banana cream soda awaits!
If I may add, any countries that don't use latin-based alphabets will have the country/city names both in english and the native language below it on the map itself, making it easier to do some pattern recognition if you see a sign thereby helping narrow the searching radius
As old head. Only thought of foster on the older ones. Names popped up and I was like oh yeah for most.
As a Dodger fan whose first year following baseball was ‘04 I always think of Beltre as a Dodger. I understand though that others would forget that.
The whole time I was hoping they'd guess Beltre but 2004 felt way too early to me

A good tip, whenever dealing w/ the late-'70s and early-'80s, always try Georges, Foster and Brett. They were both huge during that era.

I played at home before watching this video and got the average, 64%. I was really happy I got Beltre, Sexson, Justice, McGriff, and Tino.
It's funny, because your admitted blank spot for the West coast cost you some people in other parts of the country. Giants fans always remember Darrell Evans while A's fans of that same era remember Tony Armas quite fondly.

I think the biggest miss for me would have been Luzinski. For some reason his name was drawing a blank in my head. Fun quiz! Haven't thought about most of these names in years!

Only one I missed that I see as kind of egregious was Greg Vaughn. Other than that, I missed Ogilvie because I just kept spelling it wrong, missed Luzinski and Glenn Davis and then the guys like Jeff Burroughs and Rick Monday who only their moms would get.

I got 166/200. The ones I am most embarrassed to miss were Juan Gonzalez and George Foster.
