Crowd cheers as Prince William and family return home from last day of Jubilee celebrations

- A crowd of onlookers cheer as Prince William and his family pass through Knightsbridge on their way back to their home at Kensington Palace.
The family spent the afternoon at the Jubilee Pageant, the last event of Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
The Queen appeared on the Buckingham palace balcony in front of a huge crowd lining the Mall, at the end of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, accompanied by Prince Charles and Camilla, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their three children.

Love The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. William, Catherine and their children really made me smile all weekend. Seeing HMQ on the Balcony also brought me to tears. What a wonderful celebration for a great lady!!!

None - but I know Charles travels in an EV. I saw him in late March in London going into st. James in a Audi etron - all other cars in the motorcade were gas or diesel. He uses a Tesla too.

Often they have Range Rover Sentinels that are built to be armoured rather than many others that are retro fitted and then need to be adjusted because the additional weight needs better brakes etc.
But yes, being British is important as their role is to promote Britain and the Commonwealth. They've had a long relationship with Land Rover so it wouldn't surprise me if the vehicles are loaned or they get reduced prices because they are advertising the brand to the world's media all the time
