Can’t remember life before Stacy building trucks on tv. He makes the hobby feel wholesome and a good decision! Then your bank account goes empty and your knuckles are busted!!🤣
How do you think they get there parts from .and of course going to be more commercials than wrenching.Stacy sure not going to pay for them parts . It no different then youtubers they pretty much do same thing
WTF? All that work and you didn't include the super cool 'bed door/storage' directly behind the drivers side of the cab that the original show truck had? Shame.
Always enjoyed watching and learning how to do the job by budget and being realistic goals
Love that truck thanks for the video Stacy have a good night buddy
thank you for the video
from Australia
The coolest tv vehicle ever
As a child of the 80s I always was partial to the General Lee. The DeLorean was a great movie car as well.
@@bmstylee I liked the Mack truck from the movie convoy
@@rodneystewart8958 oh. The Convoy got me thinking. The truck and KITT in Knight Rider were pretty bad ass as well.

Bad ass... Stacy makes this look so easy
He does!
I remembered watching Stacy build srgt rock on the TV trucks show before Kevin tetz took over before gears came on tv
Nice!
That looked so much easier putting the headers in without the fenders in the way.
Very cool!!!!!!!!!!!
When he said, "real heros of film..." I thought he was going to say "Chevy Squarebodies".
This is just me hoping but I would be quite happy if he could find a way to upload the rebuild of Uncle Ted's zebra Bronco.
He had them up at one point in time
Interesting that you went away from the Sniper EFI for the traditional carburetor.
Sponsor and pricing probably
10 minutes of truck, 12 minutes of advertising.
All these little "affordable " parts add up...bet it has quite a price tag at the end of the build
maybe a hellephant engine.
👍👍👍♥️😍💯💯✌️🏁
hi David can you please send me the information for the shackles and parts number that you use in the system the truck
Those parts all came from Off-Road Design. Check out the "Chassis" section of the project page: staceydavid.com/projects/stunt-double

Just wondering why you coated the chrome roll bar and sidesteps????🤔
Texas twister used with an impact? I think he's stoned. Air hammer?

My issue with the bed coating is you can never get it clean.
You ruined it with those wheels! Should have went back to the wheels that was on the truck in the show wrong transmission
I bet your truck is a lot nicer than this!
Wasn't the original a short box? AND.. what's up with that haircut? Is he in a 70s hair band?
