I don't know if I'd call it "most paused", but I did pause and take a screenshot of the moment when Ten was diving down the elevator shaft to transfer the echo of River from her screwdriver to the library computer. I think the only truely paused moment from the Timeless Children might be the montage in the Matrix. There are a bunch of familiar faces there (I think this might be the first time that Eric Roberts' Master has appeared on the show since the TV Movie) and some intruiging easter eggs. I remember being impressed that someone had gone to the effort of colorizing the Hartnell and Troughton clips considering they appear for just a second.

Surely the most paused moment, measured by quantity of pausing, is in "The Armageddon Factor" episode 4 when the Doctor uses the Key to Time to pause the entire universe for a few minutes.
The War Doctor was just a punt because neither Eccleston nor McGann chose to participate in the episode. All "The Timeless Children" revealed is that Wenger and Chibnall should not be in charge of The Doctor.
The Morbius incarnations were always intended to be earlier faces of the Doctor. Several of the crew (they used crew for the Morbius duel) said that they were specifically told they were playing the part of earlier Doctors.
Every time I look at that shot of all the Doctors from the Day of the Doctor, I am more convinced that the shot of Tom Baker is actually the waxwork dummy they used in publicity shots for The Five Doctors
Hope im not the only one that pauses the midnight episode everytime I watch it to try and spot the entity that attacks them when we see the planet through the window.
It not just a scantily clad Peri that would cause one to pause lest we forget about a particular shot of Zoe from "The Mind Robber". Also, I still say the extra faces from "The Brain of Morbius" belong to Morbius himself.
you missed an entire season where i paused the most. cracks in the walls. especially that one scene with the angels when all of a sudden the doctor has his jacket back on while talking to amy and then the jacket is missing again.
No mention that in the 50th Anniversary, 3 of the covered statues are played by Sylvester McCoy, Colin Baker and Peter Davision, as seen in the special "The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot"? Yes, you did mention Peri in the bikini. But I'm kinda surprised you left out the down blouse shot from the regen into #6. As a fan that came in much later that shot was one that was always mentioned to me from older Who fans on the topic of paused shots before even seeing her introduction episode.

John Hurt regenerates into Christopher Eccleston at the end of Day of the Doctor (although it cuts away before the change is totally complete - presumably due to Eccleston's lack of involvement in the episode).
