The bigeneration theory that perhaps 14 and 15 split the Doctor's traits and it shows as one eventually becoming more heroic and the other descending into evil is a fascinating idea.
I have my gripes with 13's era, but "Alright then, Doctor Whoever-I'm-About-To-Be. *Tag* You're it." is an iconic exit line and I'll stand on business for that.
I agree but wasn't that tragic that her best lines were within her final scenes. She was completely selfless and I felt endeared to her. If they had of toned her down a bit she may have been a good Doctor.
Completely agree - her regeneration is iconic even without considering she had common sense to regenerate outside the tardis and the effects looked so good on that set
I do Like this. The bi-generation opens up so much... I think of the other Time Lords as the results of various Bi-generations while there are just other Gallifreyans who are 'mixed' over time...
Interesting the hand that picks up the Master's ring from the funeral pyre has the same red nail polish and manicure as the hand that picks up the ring at UNIT's helipad.
The Pandorica exploded because River was a paradox flying the TARDIS. During the moment of the explosion, Plastic Rory kills Amy. Meaning River would never be born. It has been established that the TARDIS can not handle paradoxes. Which is why River apologizes. She realizes how she miscalculated, and it wasn't the Doctor who exploded the TARDIS, it was/is her.
I like this theory it makes so much sense. First Roy is erased from existence before she is conceived then Amy is killed first as well. Of course the TARDIS has a hissy fit especially when taking into account River having previously saved the Doctor's life so with her erased he quite possibly died in the library... except the reason he goes there is due to her invite... so maybe not.
I reckon the Fourteenth Doctor overloaded his screwdriver, which is why when the Fifteenth Doctor redesigned it he got rid of the shield and screen features.
Omg. The Doctor is always going to become The Caretaker because, how else can you care for a universe that no longer needs healing, but by memorializing it. I know that's basically the plot of the big finish caretaker ep, but it hits different thinking about it as the idea that his biggest fear, of outliving everyone else in the universe, is also just his ingrained destiny.
One. The doctor is the timeless child 2. River used the same trick that the doctor did to avoid death. Steal a tardis. And changed her name to Miss Frizzle and created the magic school bus THE SCHOOL BUS IS S TARDIS
id like to think that rose's paradox was a bigger deal since her dad being alive would upend her life and she is the doctor's companion so her timestream is woven around lots of different places across time. a paradox involving her specifically upends a LOT of history all at once so its a much bigger paradox, probably creates much more time energy
41:58 if mrs flood hypothetically is the god of time, what if shes the doctors birth mother? this whole series is about adoption and reuinitng w Ruby's bio family as well as having a heavy focus on the gods. itd make sense if the timeless child was the actual child of the god of time (maestro even calls the doctor "the lord temporal")
Is it possible that Dr. Who is actually the master? That when he looked into the schism it was the doctor who went crazy and the master is a split personality. Kind of like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Only the master hasn't emerged yet. As the doctor keeps regenerating, he gets closer and closer to becoming the master. We witness some of this by how each doctor seems to act a bit crazier than the last. He eventually becomes the master in the far future and starts visiting himself in the past... both to mess with his alternate ego and to help push the doctor closer to becoming the master. And on a subconscious level the doctor senses this, which is why he seeks out companions to travel with... in hopes they will help him hold onto his humanity and point out whenever it looks like he is starting to act like the master might.
RTD theorized that 14's bigeneration might have retroactively affected every doctor regeneration and so it could be true that ALL the variants of the doctor are just running around now. that would be a way easier way to explain how everyone was present for the end of the time war but didn't remember it at all.
My 'Mrs Flood' theory: Moffatt introduced us to Missy, a female version of the Master. Chibnall introduced us to a female version of the Doctor. RTD is the only new-Who showrunner who hasn't brought back a formerly male Time Lord in a female form - and we've seen countless times over the last 20 years how much RTD hates being outdone by other writers. So I think Mrs Flood is the Meddling Monk. Also: didn't we already see the God of Time at the end of Flux?
My favorite 14th Doctor end theories is that his is the TARDIS on Tranzelore, or that he becomes the Watcher and thereby returns to the Doctor’s timeline and lies in wait until appearing as 15
If I recall correctly when we see the two timelords posing like weeping angels with Rassilon walking between them he said something along the lines of "like the weeping amngels of old" so the timelotds have clearly knowen that they have been around a long time. Perhaps that even suggests that weeping angels are some kind punishment to timelords. It could be sone secret known only to the President and maybe some high ranking members of the council or maybe its a punishment from some other enity like one of the guardians.
The only catch with this is that, as we saw in the Flux, there seem to be many thousands of angels, if not more, and if turning is meant to be a form of ultimate punishment, not unlike what we saw with Imotep in The Mummy, then those numbers don't make a lot of sense, to me at least. Unless there was a particularly tyrannical president who decimated the population, a number in the dozens, maybe a hundred, would be more likely, even given the length of Gallifreyan civilization.
I think a good plan for the bigenerated 14th doctor could be a spinoff where he works alongside Donna at unit, but the catch being the he can no longer regenerate.
As he’s in the confession dial maybe it’s like a computer game that he’s sat in the compression tile and running a simulation of himself dying again and again and resetting to the actual start point and it’s just coincidental that is trying to burn himself out to transfer his memories to the new one and it doesn’t work
I LOVE the Ncuti's take on the Doctor. But the biggest letdown was the way they resolved Ruby's mom. I won't spoil it (even if it's months old) but it's almost as bad as Star Wars handled Rey's parentage. I read at least a dozen fan theories that were better than the actual end. I don't generally like one season companions, and the way they ended Ruby's story makes it even worse.
Seriously like "she was so important because we thought she was important" and actually pointing at the sign was bulllshiiiit. Who would be there to see it, why on earth would she do that. It would've made more sense for her to whisper and them not to understand it or something. It was just a silly decision, it felt really rushed and weird. I kind of would have preferred it if she was never found
@Voidbirds even that would have been better than what we got. It's almost like they did with Star wars. First we're led to believe Reys parents were important, then we're told their nobody, then she's palpatine s granddaughter . This was even worse. The whole season were led to believe her mom has SOME KIND of importance. Nope. Just a teen Mom
The idea that David Tenant's overshadows Ncuti's run is ridiculous IMO. 1. Both are banging good actors whom we all love 2. David holds his own 3. Ncuti holds his own 4. They are the same character. The Doctor is all part of themself. 5. Say what you want about drawing more viewers in by bringing Tenant back on the Eve of Ncuti (the first (second) black actor to play The Doctor)...but I reckon bringing David back was more to help finish off Donna's storyline than anything. RTD is arguably brilliant to honor the parameters he placed for Donna's metacrisis and come up with a banger of a way to solve this problem. 6. The set up is there for the 4th Doctor's Watcher. C'mon! Also 7. 15 said so "Bigeneration isn't a thing" -so maybe in the coming seasons, we will see that this was all make believe in the game of the Toymaker. ...cuz the Toymaker was ze one to force die Doctor to ge-generate...
something interesting to go along with the weeping angels being dead timelords the timeless child story turned them into timelords, they extracted whatever it was that let The Doctor regenerate into new lives but were unable to perfect adding it to their own biology, The Doctor can regenerate infinitely but the other timelords got a degraded version of this and mutate into weeping angels at some point after their allotted number of regenerations
My fan theories currently The Master is Susan’s other grandfather. The Doctor (and Masters) native times are in the future relative to the current year. This explains Ncuti’s comment about having children in the future and time being difficult. The toy makers messing with the doctors timeline explains the shalka doctor, the Valyard and maybe even the 1970’s movie Doctors. As well as the timeless child. When we saw Hartnell he was the first incarnation. But after the Toymaker meddling now he isn’t. The entity Time 13 met outside the temple is connected to the Timelords untempered schism and their ability to travel in time. One of Susan’s parents was the President of Gallifrey and the legend of the Doctor stealing the presidents daughter (sometimes wife) comes from 1st leaving Gallifrey with her. The Masters appearances aren’t shown in the order they occurred for him necessarily. That when Rassilon overthrew the Pythia, he cast superstition and fantasy out of the universe and 14 messed that up.
1:17:44 on the whole Ginger thing, I can fully see the 10th doctor deciding he didn’t want to be Ginger, only for 11 to regret his predecessors decision! With 11 then deciding that copying the likeness of some random Italian with full on “attack eyebrows” was more important than fulfilling a lengthy dream of being a red-head! So basically the outgoing doctor has the ability to choose the appearance that the next incarnation then has to live with, whether they like it or (usually) not entirely 😂
27:02 OMG THAT IS TOO CRAZY FOR ME LIKE RIVER SONG WAS MELODY POND AND THE DOCTOR MARRIED RIVER SONG SO IT WOULD BE WEIRD IF HE. WAS HER FATHER IM SHOCKED THAT SOMEONE EVEN THOUGHT ABT THAT 😱
if the master actually being the timeless child were true idt he lied to 13, I think he genuinely believes the dr is the timeless child because he said so himself, that he resented part of himself being a direct influence of her, that's what his whole temper tantrum was basically based on
That was fun! I am from Barcelona! No, not the planet, the city. Sadly, I never met the Lupari, wish I had. P.S. 1:35:27 Will never forgive Chibnall for doing Yasmin wrong! She deserved the Doctor's love. Luckily there are some fanfics that depict them as a couple. If you're interested, check "Archive of Our Own". There are many other fandoms also depicted, like "Good Omens" or "Our Flag means Death", if you like. OK, I had a bit of a crush on Yaz myself, couldn't see her suffer...
1:09:14 While it's a good idea to have this as a spinoff. Both Tennant and RTD have mentioned that the 14th's appearances are officially over. RTD has even mentioned that he considers the 14th "dead" and enjoying his retirement.
I need to know who Midnight is so I am going with the TARDIS theory with my own twist: A rogue TARDIS is trying to find and destroy the Doctor throughout space and time.
The best way to Bring 14 and Donna back to our screens would be an Animated Spin off, but it would need to be developed way more than previous animated Doctor who, cause lets just admit those outing were less than what they could be
Saw a theory about the reapers, can't remember where. They appeared, not because of the general paradox of saving her dad, but that they crossed their own timelines to do it because they were there to watch. Hence the original pair disappearing after saving him. So 2 layer paradox plus rose holding the baby was irresistible to them. (Yes holding baby was given other inshow explanation.)
The reason you could see the Reaper is in that episode and a couple other episodes is the TARDIS brought them to that timeline slightly out of phase it mentions it several times
I thought they did reference the Weeping Angels and their connection to Galefrey and the Timelords in Hell Bent weren't their Weeping Angels in the catacombs and they said they were time locked timelords who comitted crimes or am I just crazy and made that up?
Guardians of Time ( white and black) are pantheon related to the Goddess of time. They serve the pantheon. Time Lord's dance to a different tune their own timelines are spent as monitors of the vortex of time, but they will act if necessary as travels to watch every event in order to make judgement or pass judgement on whether to take messages, then choose to ignore or act. Timelines are meant to be kept unless something happens to the outcome? Perhaps, though, somewhere in a future that has happened, a single pantheon had seen the time lords and decided to have a game with the timelines. A pantheon of time became Mrs Flood and decided to hide herself amongst the Gallifrians and became a Time Lord and for a million years hid in the identity of Romania? Over the years, she would become a figure of inspiration for Gallifrey people, an identity a time lord and trusted. Hidden within the pages of a timeless story of which led her to join a strange time lord called the doctor, she now was on corse to alter history or cause some stories to alter in the doctors destiny she began to rewrite his story. The Goddess of time and stories, which is a story connected to time and space, would eventually become Mrs R Flood, the storyteller of time, a goddess of timelines and their stories. Mother Time, well, there is a Father Time?
The Cushing movies ARE canon. After they disappeared for two years and lost their jobs, Ian and Barbara sold the stories of their first two encounters with the Daleks to Milton Subotski to make a bit of cash. He made the movies, and got Cushing to star.
ok is this a mandela effect ? Prior to his return to who I can only recall Russell's last name pronounce Dave - eeze but now it is pronounced Dave - iss ? Even in interviews with the man where he had every opportunity to correct the host on how to pronounce his name they would use Dave -eeze and he would smile and thank them for the intro -- thanks for the video
It's always been "Day-viss". WhoCulture used to mispronounce it until they learned how it was pronounced. Heck, as an American so did I lol. In the UK Davies is usually (but not always) pronounced "Day-viss" where if you're named that in the US it's almost always "Day-veez"
My hubbys theory ......The Timeless Child is The Doctor... The Doctor, or some part there of ,eventually decides he needs to stop himself and becomes The Master ...... The Master, or some part there of, eventually realizes everything is futile , goes completely bonkers, and becomes The Toymaker😅
38:23 "Space Vegas"? Just make sure not to go to Space Australia, a space dingo will eat your space baby. They do have a good Spacys tho. Wonder if the Raditz Menu is still around.
9 regenerates into 10 and Rose… absolutely lost her fricking mind 😂 yeah there was something there that went a bit beyond interstellar taxi driver 1:19:42
Watching on double spred, idea: With the Doctor's regenerations rach splintering off, around the 1 hr mark, what if the reason all the gods know each other is because each split off ended up leading to a different one, different aspects of the mind drawn out and without being The Doctor's complete and whole self, there aren't other aspects if him to keep in check. The Doctor becomes about play, or war, or pain, or death etc. The ending of the Pantheon only comes about when the last pieces of The Doctor return and complete the whole. idk like I said 2x so its easier to blend the ideas quicker. ^.^ Also please pardon any typos or speech to text errors, my hands don't work the best right now due to neck trauma 😅
Personally I prefer Mrs Flood representing Fiction rather than Time, but we did already see a Time entity at the end of Flux that seemed to enjoy mimicking people's appearances, so that could be a cool throughline if they were the same person. There's also the aesthetic similarity of Flux's Time (& its servants) turning things to dust, with Sutekh then embodying death AS dust.
Here's my personal hypothesis (NOT a theory, which requires evidence that none of these "theories" seems to have): At the end of Season 2, Mrs. Flood's head and hands explode in flames; when the flames die down, she's been replaced by Russell T. Davies. 🤣
I would love to see David tennet more in new who, but I don't believe that would be very easy for him to make room for in his schedule since he filming of good omens season 3 starts filming in January 2025 I think
Wait what if Missy regenerated into rory after she put her doctor-mirroring tendencies into the Lumiere? LUMINARY? I can't remember. So rory was just the rest of her processing/recouping from bigeneration before going on to haunt the 13th dr?
Mrs flood could be the goddess of luck and fortune there are a few things that might represent Fortuna like the ears of wheat in her hair and a stick wreath on her wall
Whovians, I never listened to the Big Finish shows and since they cost real money, which one would you recommend as a first listen to a long time new Who fan??
Here's a long time fan theory - Dr Who needs a re-boot, taking the storyline back to the time before the woke machine took it over and turned it all inside out, upside down and back to front!
Girl Doctor who has always been woke 😅😂 They were advertising vegetarianism in the old version. Its just adapting for the audience that was raised with it.
I like the idea that Ms. Flood is the god of stories, that works really well, Flood, the most comon theme in human stories, from the epic of Gilgamesh to the Koran most of our oldest stories involve a world ending flood creating the new world we live in, the Greeks, the Hindus, the Egyptian's, the Aztec, the Norse, there's always tale of a flood. I like it
Listening the theories now make me think of TARDIS as potential Mrs Flood... like Doctor merge at some point or got pulled back in time to close loop or something then what would happen with extra TARDIS?
Ellie, Ellie, Ellie! Are you seriously suggesting that 14 do a WandaVision? That would be a HORRIBLE idea! Besides, 14's next regeneration will be Simon Cowell! 😝
Not1968, but 62, since he used an early version to unlock the TARDIS he stole... researched this and now have all the sonics in my personal collection-1 thru 15 plus Song, Romana and Master versions- it is slated to be displayed at the Seattle Worldcon.
Fan Theories just reminds me of 2005 when so many people were ADAMANT that Adam would become Davros
I can see that. Adam’s a real tool.
"Ends in Terra", maybe? i.e. ends on Earth.. with the coming regeneration?
The bigeneration theory that perhaps 14 and 15 split the Doctor's traits and it shows as one eventually becoming more heroic and the other descending into evil is a fascinating idea.
I have my gripes with 13's era, but
"Alright then, Doctor Whoever-I'm-About-To-Be.
*Tag*
You're it."
is an iconic exit line and I'll stand on business for that.
Most of Jodie's lines are terrible...but her departing line there, epic.
Makes me wish her show runner was better.
I agree but wasn't that tragic that her best lines were within her final scenes. She was completely selfless and I felt endeared to her. If they had of toned her down a bit she may have been a good Doctor.
@@triplejazzmusicisall1883 good actress shite writing.

The Master is an ancient bi-generation of the Doctor. They are both the timeless child. That is why their fates are so entwined.
I do Like this. The bi-generation opens up so much... I think of the other Time Lords as the results of various Bi-generations while there are just other Gallifreyans who are 'mixed' over time...

I'm waiting for them to officially make Mary Poppins a Time Lord.
The theory that 14 will be 15's Watcher is too good to top IMO. This must be cannon.
One. The doctor is the timeless child
2. River used the same trick that the doctor did to avoid death. Steal a tardis. And changed her name to Miss Frizzle and created the magic school bus
THE SCHOOL BUS IS S TARDIS

I always thought being turned into a Weeping Angel was s Timelord punishment and the Angels just coped and used to their advantage to survive
Rose crosses TWO timeliness at the same time in Father's Day, Saving her father & erasing her & the Doctor's previous visit.
Is it possible that Dr. Who is actually the master? That when he looked into the schism it was the doctor who went crazy and the master is a split personality. Kind of like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Does that make the valyard the original master?
RTD theorized that 14's bigeneration might have retroactively affected every doctor regeneration and so it could be true that ALL the variants of the doctor are just running around now. that would be a way easier way to explain how everyone was present for the end of the time war but didn't remember it at all.

Oh my gosh! That’s amazing! I’m so happy for you! And of course, this video comes out while my IVF baby cousin is in the process of being borned!
Mrs. Flood is also dressed as Rose when she's a lunch lady in devils chord
Get the Popcorn

crazy work on this video
Don’t forget that the ship Jenny stole looks like the one Clara is sitting in when she’s actually a Dalek.
Dalek-Clara’s “ship”/cell was part of her imagination/psychosis.
Further sign that she’s Jenny?
I think a good plan for the bigenerated 14th doctor could be a spinoff where he works alongside Donna at unit, but the catch being the he can no longer regenerate.
Have a great Christmas and new year

AMAZING LENGTH VIDEO, THANK YOU
In extended media, the Cushing movies exist and were watched in the black archive during day of the doctor.

You can say the Cushing doctor was the Pete's world version of the doctor.
I've been figuring that the Midnight Entity was actually a Not Thing.

1:47:40 14th as 15th Watcher? Sounds good!
This is probably the longest Doctor Who video of all time.
I highly doubt that
Jay Exci had a 5 hour video essay
There's an 11 hour Doctor Who history video lmao, plus many other long form videos that I love
There's like a 12 hour video titled a brief history of doctor who 😂
Maybe the longest WhoCulture video.
1:09:14 While it's a good idea to have this as a spinoff. Both Tennant and RTD have mentioned that the 14th's appearances are officially over. RTD has even mentioned that he considers the 14th "dead" and enjoying his retirement.

Ts my birthday today guys ❤
It's fine today
Happy birthday!
@ thank you it was yesterday but it still counts lol
A Doctor Who "omnibus" compilation, at Christmas? YAY, we're back in the 1970s! =:oD
Merry WhoMas everyone 🎄🎁
I need to know who Midnight is so I am going with the TARDIS theory with my own twist: A rogue TARDIS is trying to find and destroy the Doctor throughout space and time.
I really hope we get to see the Lupari again. 😢
When a weeping Angel touches you they send you back in time so you will presumably be dead in the present. How does that work for time lords
Doctor Who has become very relatable
I love your last theory ❤❤❤❤
1:16:25 This part about regenerating is fascinating.
"You don't see Star Wars do a bloody Tusken Raiders spin off!" 😂😂
Don't Blink.......Blink..and You're Dead....=))
Watching on double spred, idea: With the Doctor's regenerations rach splintering off, around the 1 hr mark, what if the reason all the gods know each other is because each split off ended up leading to a different one, different aspects of the mind drawn out and without being The Doctor's complete and whole self, there aren't other aspects if him to keep in check. The Doctor becomes about play, or war, or pain, or death etc. The ending of the Pantheon only comes about when the last pieces of The Doctor return and complete the whole. idk like I said 2x so its easier to blend the ideas quicker. ^.^
Also please pardon any typos or speech to text errors, my hands don't work the best right now due to neck trauma 😅
Almost 2 hrs of whoculture???? YES PLS
We are time lords in the future
58:55 ok but 14 would be really good at Mario Kart and I have no idea why
The "Clara is Jenny" thing would've been really bad seeing as she flirts with the doctor and they even kiss
Personally I prefer Mrs Flood representing Fiction rather than Time, but we did already see a Time entity at the end of Flux that seemed to enjoy mimicking people's appearances, so that could be a cool throughline if they were the same person. There's also the aesthetic similarity of Flux's Time (& its servants) turning things to dust, with Sutekh then embodying death AS dust.
what if jenny is Susan's mom
Here's my personal hypothesis (NOT a theory, which requires evidence that none of these "theories" seems to have): At the end of Season 2, Mrs. Flood's head and hands explode in flames; when the flames die down, she's been replaced by Russell T. Davies. 🤣
I'm up for a regeneration into Richard E Grant. He'd make an excellent regeneration. Not that I'm tired of Tennant. I'll never be tired of Tennant.
I would love to see David tennet more in new who, but I don't believe that would be very easy for him to make room for in his schedule since he filming of good omens season 3 starts filming in January 2025 I think
Thanks
Thanks for the support!
Wait what if Missy regenerated into rory after she put her doctor-mirroring tendencies into the Lumiere? LUMINARY? I can't remember. So rory was just the rest of her processing/recouping from bigeneration before going on to haunt the 13th dr?
My mum just got me a boxed river song figure from silence in the library. It's so cool
I really really want 14 to become the villain now…
Mrs flood could be the goddess of luck and fortune there are a few things that might represent Fortuna like the ears of wheat in her hair and a stick wreath on her wall
What if the 16th doctor is more sacrificial to his friends as he met bounty hunter in rogue and he sacrificed himself to help the doctor’s friend!
I like it
wot if 15:33 is doctor who 1963-1996 it is season 15 episode 3 part 3
what if Fifteenth will be Valeyard, not Fourteenh?
ooo, that's might be AMAZING plot-twist🤯
I don’t think Suteh is the one who waits.
What if the 14th doctor gets his memories back and regenerates into the fugitive doctor
this could eventually turn him into the Valeyard, no wonder Thirteen was so afraid to open the clock
I’m gonna say it. I think the fixed point in time is a load of crap
Listening the theories now make me think of TARDIS as potential Mrs Flood... like Doctor merge at some point or got pulled back in time to close loop or something then what would happen with extra TARDIS?
I’m sure it’s not just me, but aren’t Villengard and Valeyard a little to close.
The Cushing movies ARE canon, 10 and 11 watch them in the day of the doctor novelisation
they forgot the mavity
I bet the master was the 1st bi-generation of the doctor
Dr. Hooves is canon (to the mlpfim universe)
Ellie, Ellie, Ellie! Are you seriously suggesting that 14 do a WandaVision? That would be a HORRIBLE idea! Besides, 14's next regeneration will be Simon Cowell! 😝
Although I got a ROTFLMQAO when you sang "It's been the Doctor all along!"
Aren’t a few of these canon? Like Clara’s Tardis, or who Weeping Angels are.
The theory isn't about Clara's Tardis exactly but if her Tardis was the same diner the crew visited after the doctor was shot by the astronaut
Instead of trying adapt the planet why don’t we try adapting to the planet.
Not1968, but 62, since he used an early version to unlock the TARDIS he stole... researched this and now have all the sonics in my personal collection-1 thru 15 plus Song, Romana and Master versions- it is slated to be displayed at the Seattle Worldcon.
