Made this this morning. It was pretty good. My only mistakes were not cutting up the ginger into tinier pieces. When times I'd catch a piece in my mouth a bit too big, the flavor would be overwhelming. I added onions and parsley at the end for extra ingredients. This is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.
Sandeep Joshua will use the oil for fried rice..I used to filter and use the same oil for non veg/ egg gravy/ Briyani in the coming days itself.. but will not keep it more than 3 days..
