Try these settings, put the general graphics to ULTRA, leave the Textures to LOW, and disable the FSR. It works on my laptop Asus Tuf Gaming A15 RTX 3050TI 4 GB RAM.

Update: Still the problem exists. So I switched to integrated graphics using AMD Radeon 680, runs at 30-40fps a decent framerate.

i started the game and play very fine but after some minutes it drops the fps as it locks it self to 30fps and is really unplayable and so not fun, howe to fix that?? it only happends in far cry 6

there is no fix.. the only fix would be a patch but ubisoft they just don`t bother

i have AMD R7 5800H 3050ti 4gb 16gb ddr4 , actually my fps drop 70 to 15 and then it"s stuck on 20 fps

Same happens to all of us using RTX 30 series, we don't know why but there is no fix for this until now.

The problem is the cpu, you need a decent recent cpu to run this game well. I have a non k i 9 9900 paired with an rtx 4070 super and I ger drops from 78 to 59 running at 4k which is immersion breaking. Turning off rt helps but this game is a crappy pc port. Restaring pc helps and I just cap the game to 60 fps.

bro it's your fault for pairing a non k i9 9900 to a 4070. even on decent cpu and gpu it's like this. in my situation i have a 7800x3d with a 4080 and still frame drops everytime i pause the game

set texture filtering to low work for most area but when i go to segunda the lag occur

how to fix it? I have an amd rx 570 and a g5400, but even though it's a not so powerful pc I can run far cry 6 at 50-60 fps most of the time, but when entering a menu or exiting a cutscene the fps drops to less than 30 ;-;

still there is no exact fix for this. All we can do is not use the FSR feature. I also use my iGPU built in for my Asus Tuf Gaming A15

what worked for me was in the properties of the game executable put it to run as administrator and change the dpi settings to "override the dpi adjustment. adjustment performed by: application" and in the gameprofile of far cry 6 open with notepad and change "DisableLoadingMip0" to value 1, I played for a few hours and didn't have any fps drop. I hope it helps ;)

as i observed this problem occurs to those with Nvidia GPU cards. I test my integrated AMD GPU and it never ever made huge fps drops.
