Great reviews. Do you prefer the fly speed mitt or the fly punchers mitt if you could only pick one?

Umm I’d go with speed mitt over the punchers mitt. Especially for the xline.

@@BOXUPNATION thanks. In one of your videos you said that the fly punchers mitt is one of your favorite go to mitts. Are you saying that the speed mitt is better than the punchers mitt or micro speed mitt from fly?

@@michaelgonline since that video I’ve tried different mitts, I prefer the fp-3 or go-7 from phenom over the puncher mitt x, but the speed mitt x I think was a really snug lightweight mitt that felt nice on the hand. I would go with the xline over premium for that model in particular.

@@BOXUPNATION thanks mate! Last question. What is your preferred go to mitt for everyday use? I am intermediate level and go 5 times per week to class where we pad each other throughout the class. I look after my kit so I want to get something nice.

@@michaelgonline Currently using the Fp-3 a lot, but a good all around mitt are the Fp-205 by Phenom & bang for buck would be the Everlast Elite mitts.

Can you review the conerman punching bag by century

That would of been a good one, my dumbass never thought of it, but overall a solid bagstand for home gym use, better than most set ups, especially if you don’t want to drill. I recommend using something to weigh it down and to put a buffer between the Stand and the wall. It can get a little noisy, but mine was durable as hell.
