Definitely looking forward to Stained Glass. I just finished season 1 of Diceborn and can't wait for that to continue, but maybe this will help in the meantime.
So Jenn, do note, sometimes things aren't delayed but get... Eliminated entirely for one reason or another. Or just switched due to some other factors. That's part of the reason I have been hesitant historically to give a schedule of what's next. In particular, this episode coming out now is a result of some critical changes that happened in May outside our control! So it's good I didn't do this before. Fortunately, overall our production pipeline is pretty good and solid now. I still am a bit leery, just because I'm trained to underpromise and then less people are upset, but hey. -Eric

I do think both other ship it or rip it's I did the same overlay work though, but not the one for the Livestream since there is no post production. I definitely feel like galadon was done dirty by the rip team, he almost certainly is depressive and he has a grumpy demeanour, but like the film version of gimli a lot of his grumpiness is a playful affectation. He is amusing himself by voicing his genuine concerns in an over the top sarcastic way that he expects to be assuaged by those around him. He is not just grumpy.
One suggestion for future episodes with new characters. You could list out the new characters that have been introduced, while random generating the second character, to ensure that more new characters are included so that we cover new ground. On the other hand, you guys did great with the old characters, so maybe it's not a big deal. I did love that you it just so happened that you started with Charlie, though!
The Shallan and Sadeas is intriguing...I ultimately believe that he is a blunt object, applied to problems that require little subtlety... I would totes read a wattpad fanfic of that ship...🤩🤩🤩
Galadon enjoys being grumpy, he is a deadpan starker, like the film version of gimli, he is amusing himself by expressing his genuine concerns in an over the top sarcastic, and playful way. So yeah grumpy but not depressing. (Although he almost certainly has depression.)
Wayne's not nasty, he's a complex, compelling, and sympathetic character. In his pov's he comes across as very emotionally intelligent, but his trauma and insecurities cause him to act immature and reckless. In lost metal we see very clearly that he acts that way because that's how (in his mind) he deserves to be treated. But at the end we see what he can be when he forgives and believes in himself. Sorry for the rant, I just really hate when people discount Wayne as just the "annoying character".
I am sure it was addressed but surprised to wait so long for the Wizard's Guidebook video. Tress video was Jan 15 right, 15 days after release. Regardless, no big deal, probably better to give people time to read it.
So we have talked about this on stream and in Discord and some TH-cam comments. We had scheduling issues to miss the April mark on SP2. At that point we decided we would wait until after June 27th when the widescale release to bookstores happened. It's the next episode, in fact! (I am starting to pin upcoming stuff as the pinned comment.) SP3 and 4 though will be very prompt, and SP3 will be the episode after that. In effect, a mid-May release of a SP2 episode also felt like it missed the opportune window anyway, so we would just wait for the wider, public release. Anyway, I have learned to never schedule any recording Easter weekend and I just need to do... Well anything else, lol. -Eric
