Last week’s deep shot to Kittle was jaw dropping but I couldn’t help but think it was a one off. This monster throw to Aiyuk proves that Purdy CAN hit accurate deep throws down field!
I really don't understand why people think throws like that are so rare for Purdy. He throws long passes all the time. He's #1 in Yard Per Attempt in the league. Dude can throw the ball.

#1 in completions over 20+ yards isn't a "good" stat to showcase QBs, especially when you have WR/RB with very high YACs. That being said, he's 12th in intended yard throws (meaning he's slightly above average for QB distance thrown per attempt) But, he's tied for 2nd in Air Yards / Completion (with Stafford). He's also first in Completed Air Yards / Attempt, meaning that he's being pretty accurate when throwing for how far he's throwing
He can't throw when he is facing a top legit contender team.

Despite Purdy’s 3 TD passes, 21/25 completions and 333 passing yards, which make him the best player of the match, Brandon Aiyuk was also one of the most important players of the game. I’m really happy for all of our players and I hope they will be always healthy… .

Yeah it was real purdy.
Its insane to me that Purdy posts a perfect rating and haters still wont give him his respect. Its incredibly hard to do (only happened 80 times in nfl history out of 17,5xx games). No matter how good his skill players are HE has to make the throws, HE has to not throw a pick, HE has to have the rushing yards. A perfect passer rating is a qb only stat. Guve the man his flowers. From dead last pick to starter with a perfect passer rating in 2 years is absolutely incredible.
People forget the hall of fame players all around Montana, & then there was Walsh - for whatever reason excuses are made for Purdy's dominance. At this point, it's just silly.

It reminds me back in the 1970s with Terry Bradshaw he was the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers when they won their four super bowls yet people can don't consider him One of the greatest quarterbacks ever live due to the fact that he had the steel curtain he had 2 Hall of Fame receivers and a holla Fame running back as well as a Hall of Fame center.... During the super bowl against the Rams he even threw 3 interceptions but they end up winning that super bowl too because of the defense and if you look at his stats he through the same amount of touchdowns as interceptions..... So a lot of people think that Brock prudy isn't the same position having a lot of weapons around him... But in my personal opinion that it's still too early to tell despite him having a winning record as a starting quarterback.. technically he hasn't even played a full season yet I believe but I do like how he responded when they had that three game losing streak.. he threw five pics... But he plays well against the Jacksonville jaguars and had a perfect passing rating...

As expected, the presence of Chase Young and the presence of Steve Wilks on the sideline reenergized this 49ers defense.
Exactly I’ll admit our defense could have done a bit better but that’s just nitpicking overall every side of the ball did there job and I agree with the Steve wilks take some people disagree but having him there has definitely changed something

It's ok happens to the best of them but the rookie safety redeemed himself by getting that stoppage and interception. bosa & young got critical sacks towards the end

Purdy/SF shinning in first place with back to back wins seem to be back on track. Very interesting 5 games they have coming up. SEA(2 Times), PHI, ARI and BAL.
