This is NOT about the Panasonic S9. It's much better than that.

Instead of talking about the Panasonic S9, I would like to share this project I just finished for an artist named Suprina Kenney-Troche, aka Suprina Sculpture, and give you some insight into my process of having to do it all alone. Hopefully this will open up the possibilities in your mind as to what you can accomplish with extremely limited resources. Just me, my Panasonic Lumix S5 (the original), a Sigma 28-70 f/2.8 lens, a Boya shotgun mic attached to the camera, a cheap tripod, and my body, mind and spirit. That's all you need to create some meaningful art, a few good creative tools that you have mastered, and the willingness to get out there and work hard. Oh, and of course, Davinci Resolve to put it all together into a cohesive piece of art for people to receive. Learn your editing as well, that's equally as important as all the rest.
