ok so slight bummer of an admin note on this one, I had to replace the visuals here because with the video, it kept getting blocked. I've seen a couple other people were able to get reactions up to this same performance so I think it's a little finnicky but either way, I messed with it and I could not get it up so unfort the video has been yeeted. That said, I was watching the video and the song and comments on it stand up I think so this will have to do! The rest of our Muse reactions have been fine so hopefully this one is just a blip :)
Matthew started playing classical piano from a very young age before Muse and learning guitar or singing so yeh he is really good at playing piano too!
A couple of other muse tracks with significant piano bits: Space dementia The globalist (see live glastonbury 2016) The exogenesis symphony (all parts, not sure there is the whole thing live though some parts are but there is a lyric vid with all 3 parts) Citizen erased Megalomania (ok, its more church organ here, does that count) - there's a version on the organ at the royal Albert hall. United states of eurasia Others inc sunburn, cave, newborn, apocolypse please, there are probably more, but mostly these are layers in the mix that get dropped live (or get played by the guy whos name I forget but sits to the right of Dom when playing live). Piano showed up more on the early albums though I was glad to see it come back in the Globalist on "Drones" in 2015. A very talented pianist and although he is if course an amazing guitarist, it keeps things interesting to have that different soundscape from the piano in there.
